Via Weekly Standard:

President Obama is expected to nominate White House counterterrorism adviser John Brennan for CIA director as early as Monday, Capitol Hill sources tell Fox News.

Brennan has served in the counterterrorism post since the beginning of the Obama administration. Prior to taking that position, though, Brennan spent about 25 years at the CIA, which would suggest he knows the agency well.

Same John Brennan who in 2010 professed his love for “al-Quds,” which is the Arabic name for Israel’s capital, Jerusalem.

“And in all my travels, the city I have come to love most is al Quds — Jerusalem, where three great faiths come together.”
