Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) says he will not confirm John Brennan or anyone else as CIA director until the Obama administration shares information with Congress about who deleted references to Al Qaeda in the CIA’s talking points shortly after the attack on a U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya.
