We have disabled pinging on this post. | Weasel ZippersYAKIMA, Wash. (Yakima Herald) — A Toppenish man accused of raping a 12-year-old neighbor girl he accosted on her way to summer school was arraigned Thursday in Yakima County Superior Court.
Jose Jesus Velazquez-Palomino, a 23-year-old farm worker, is charged with second-degree rape of a child and unlawful imprisonment.
Authorities allege Velazquez accosted the girl moments after she left home for summer school July 7.
The girl told police Velazquez forced her into his home, where he sexually assaulted her. She escaped to the Safehaven Community Center while he was taking a shower afterward.
The case also ensnared Velazquez’s four roommates, who were arrested after police investigating the assault call discovered 26 marijuana plants on the property.
Velazquez remains lodged in the Yakima County Jail on a no-bail immigration hold, as do his roommates.

WA is one of those centers of diversity where the victim is the criminal and the criminal is the victim.
I have enough trouble with the Hispanic’s that live near me and my 13 year old daughter. They have never physically assaulted her but they do verbally. And yes in their culture 13 is perfectly fine and above board. This is some thing i have had to drill into her skull so that she does not find her self in a predicament.

The saving grace is WA is a shall issue State for concealed carry permits. I do not go into Seattle unarmed.
Seattle’s Mayor tried to start down to the path to Chicago land by banning guns in parks and city owned properties, the State AG and Courts slapped them down saying the city cannot be more restrictive than state laws regarding a right in the State Constitution.

Anchorage is having a biiiiig problem with meth from Mexico. They shut down all the labs in the Valley and now it now comes in from Mexican traffickers. Perhaps a problem of being a sanctuary city???

The previous 2 rapes, one occurred less than a mile from where I sit now, the perps in those cases had been deported 5 times and 4 times before the rape occurred.

The incident was an armed robbery, there were 3 guys lying on the ground two of them MS-13, the officers is a long time gang unit officer, and they were put on immigration hold when they hit the County Jail.
The illegals are everywhere…and the leftists try to keep the anger in this country regarding illegal immigration mum…like they did during the last election, only mentioned once with importance during the debates…the majority of this country has had their fill..and we have a Prez suing a state….and they wonder why they are losing in polls all over the place…this issue is a huge one…and will continue to be, whether they like it or not.

A few years ago, this friend of mine from SA related a story to me about how a rural village in SA dealt with the rape of an underage female. Seems that her father was the perp.
The villagers met amoung themselves and decided to take the perp outside of their small village a little ways where they stoned the perp to death.
All child rapists should get the same penalty for their crimes. Since the perp has ruined a young child for life. Why not exchange a life for a life? Kill the bastard.
