Trial date set for Dad in US Honor Killing of Noor Almaleki

Faleh Almaleki, an Iraqi immigrant, is suspected of running down his daughter, 20-year-old Noor Almaleki, for being “too Westernized.” He was reportedly furious with Noor for leaving her Iraqi husband, a cousin in an arranged marriage, and returning to the United States.
Police say Almaleki, 49, used his Jeep Cherokee to run over his daughter and another woman in a Peoria parking lot Oct. 20, 2009. Noor died of her injuries. The other victim, Noor’s boyfriend’s mother, survived.
After initially raising concerns about Almaleki’s mental state and ability to understand court procedures, his public defenders have not attempted to stop the trial, which is to begin Nov. 29.
After all, Dad has been in the US since the mid ’90s and he DID have enough mental clarity to plan the murder and make the necessary plans to escape: First, he ran over his daughter and her friend in the parking lot of their work. Then he drove to Mexico where he abandoned the murder weapon his Jeep Cherokee in Nogales and made his way to Mexico City. From there, he flew to the UK but was denied entry by the authorities. He ended up being picked up by the police at the Atlanta airport upon his re-entry to the US. I don’t know — his mental state sounds like a cold-blooded killer’s to me.
Almaleki is charged with first-degree murder, aggravated assault and two counts of leaving the scene of a serious accident. If convicted, he would likely spend the rest of his life in prison. He has pleaded not guilty and remains in jail with bail set at $5 million.
Prosecutors said Almaleki has admitted killing his daughter because she disgraced the family by not following traditional Iraqi or Muslim values. They liken the case to honor killings that occur in the Middle East, Africa and other parts of the world. In tribal societies where the practice occurs, male family members feel they must kill a rebellious relative who shames them by not adhering to traditional values.
The County Attorney’s Office considered seeking the death penalty for Almaleki, but decided otherwise in February.
If anybody deserves the death penalty, it’s this creep. Just sayin’.

From CBSNews.com: According to The Arizona Republic, the decision not to seek the death penalty came after Almaleki’s attorney made a request that there should be “no appearance that a Christian is seeking to execute a Muslim for racial, political, religious or cultural beliefs.”
So, illegals and Muslims get special treatment. Law abiding citizens get screwed. Got it.
Maybe they should remove that section of the Quran that calls for fathers to run over their children with a Jeep Cherokee.
Jeep Cherokee seems to be the vehicle of choice for allahphiles doing some wet work for allah.

Therefore, under Islamic Law (the Sunnis comprise the largest sect of Islam worldwide), it is lawful, and without risk of ‘retaliation’, for a Moslem to kill non-Moslems, anyone to kill an apostate from Islam and Moslem parents and grandparents to kill their children or grandchildren.
This is Sharia Law and this is what the presence, continued immigration of, and support for Islam and Moslems has already brought to America and all Western countries. This is what media has been silent about and it’s up to everyone reading this to get this known.

If we continue to let Muslims emmigrate to the West, we will see ever more ‘honour’ killings, followed by appeals that it is a cultural/religious obligation.
We are the left with an alternative
1. Recognise that ‘honour’ killings are a cultural trait, and as a tolerant and multicultural society, simply ignore ‘honour’ killings as a crime
2. Recognise that Islam is incompatible with Western values, and that for the happy existence of both cultures, it is best we part as friends, rather then forcefully as enemies.
In a Muslim country this Creton can marry up to four wives at any given time. Also, by law he can divorce and replace any of them by making a payment. Won’t it be great if all children obeyed their parents. If the US is in Iraq or Afghanistan to change this sort of mentality, it will be stuck there for ever!
