Obama: Unemployment Benefits, Not Tax Cut, Are the “Biggest Boost” to the Economy…

Same dolt who believe Keynesian is a legitimate form of economic theory…

(RCP)- “This tax package does a couple of things immediately for economic growth in Florida. Number one, for those folks looking for work right now, it extends their unemployment benefits. Two million people across the country would lose their unemployment benefits at the end of this month if we did not move forward on this tax agreement. And economists say that not only is that good for those families, it’s good for the entire economy. It’s probably the biggest boost that we can give an economy because those folks are most likely to spend the money with businesses, and that gives them customers,” President Obama told Tampa Bay’s Channel

I’d like to add a few minor corrections to the POTUS statement:
“It’s probably the biggest boost that we can give an economy (Like Venezuela) because those folks (“What I like to call white people) are most likely to spend (People who work, who have money) with (evil) businesses, and that gives them (freeloading, tax sucking) customers,” (pretending) President Obama told Tampa Bay’s (Publicly Funded) Channel.

It’s also a great way to hide the damage and blame it on the new congress.

So you economic illiterate who’s never held a JOB, or written pay checks.

You take money from some people who could use that money to create REAL JOBS to extend unemployment.

    JUST FUCKING BRILLIANT!

    That’s It!!! That’s the answer!

We need a nation of unemployed people!
People on unemployment buy refrigerators and stoves, televisions, go on cruises, indulge in diamonds and gold, not to mention the gardeners and maids they employ.

I admit, I only know 4 people on unemployment, but they seem to be having problems paying the basic bills like car insurance and utilities.

if unemployment benefits are so great and such a boost then why does he continue to talk about creating jobs? why not just let everyone loose their job & live off of those great unemployment benefits?

The 600 billion that was not taken as tax will likely be spent at places that are not businesses. This is about ten times the unemployment benefits and it is not the biggest boost. 56 billion is more than 600 billion is what he is saying. Watch out when he counts the votes the next election.

I guess that’s it then. The demonrat party will lie about anything and everything with a straight face and fully expects us to believe it – it’s either that or being a g-d-damned commie socialist dyed in the wool liberal pig truly is a mental disorder.

I think our economy will start to recover once the president and his a-hole buddies are all unemployed.

  18. dmacleo says:

never understood pelosis statements that every dollar in unemployment produces 1.42 (iirc that was figure used) in spending.
if that is true then for every 1 given in unemployment another .42 is granted in credit/loans that would be defaulted on.
give a man a dollar and he has…….1 dollar…if he then spends 1.42 he either borrowed or stole it.

    fucking idiots.

It’s now a proven fact, this idiot cannot balance a checkbook, much less handle a budget. If we ever get to see his education transcripts I’m betting he avoided taking even one class in serious economics. Ignorance can be fixed, stupid is forever.

  21. WilECoyote says:

I wish I can use their technique for balancing my checkbook… I’d be debt free by now and everyone in my family would have presents under the Christmas tree and oh yeah…and still have a surplus in my bank account…

Seriously, we have the 3 stooges running the country in Pelosi, Reid and Obamao… As Dave Ramsay said yesterday…the thieving in DC must be stopped. Voting is a privilege (not a right), we need to require an ID and a pay stub to be able to vote…would stop the thieves (our ruling class and leaches) from stealing from us.

Yeah, when I got downsized out of a job this past May, the first thing I did was go to Best Buy and bought a 55″ LCD TV with my unemployment check. And while I was there, a unicorn magically appeared out of my ass and shat $100 bills.
I am convinced now that his off-prompter stammering is due to him being a crackhead.

Just pray to God that none of the critiques gets fired or laid off. but when it gets hard to find a job after a year you are gonna want great unemployment benefits until you can land one full time job.
