CAIR Accuses Peter King of “Peddling Extremist Rhetoric” For Planning Radical Muslim Hearings…

(Fox News)- Representative Peter King (R-NY) says he’ll call for hearings into the radicalization of Muslim Americans when he takes over as chairman of the House Committee on Homeland Security in the new congressional term.
In an interview on FOX’s “America Live,” King said “We have to break through this politically correct nonsense which keeps us from debating and discussing what I think is one of the most vitally important issues in this country. We are under siege by Muslim terrorists and yet there are Muslim leaders in this country who do not cooperate with law enforcement.”
And he also notes a rise in terrorist recruitment in the United States saying, “We have the reality that Al-Qaida is trying to recruit Muslim-Americans, and yet we have people in the Muslim community who refuse to face up to this.”
But some Muslim groups have said such hearings would be an anti-Muslim witch hunt and lead to an era of McCarthy-type hearings.
“Rep. King has dedicated years of his career peddling extremist rhetoric and baseless claims concerning the Muslim community and its leadership,” said Faiza Ali, community affairs director of the New York chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations. “Instead of promoting counterproductive strategies that risk alienating partners within the community, Rep. King would better serve our nation if he actually engaged mainstream American Muslim leaders and organizations on issues related to national security.”

First things first. King should start with the connections that CAIR has with The Muslim Brotherhood. If he start with CAIR, he can ‘qualify’ every future complaint they make.
From there, he should RE-expose the Holyland Foundation, their relationship with CAIR, and list the members of both organizations who have been CONVICTED of providing material support for terrorism, since 911.
The former chairman for CAIR in Michigan was arrested just a couple of years ago (not too from my house), and was convicted of being an agent of Saddam Husein’s Iraqi government.
Muthana al-Hanooti: Of Palestinian decent, but emigrated to the US via Iraq. He had tied to both Saddam Hussein AND the Muslim Brotherhood (al-Qaeda, Hamas, Egyptian Islamic Jihad)

As for “muslims for democracy” organization (I might have the name slightly wrong) (I forget the person’s name, but he comes on Fox often), that group I trust, the man in charge has called into Hannity’s and Mark Levin’s show, he is very critical of muslim people who yells bigot every freaking time, very critical of the Grd Zero Victory Mosque.
As for Peter King, I fully support this, I trust him, and will therefore support this effort by this congressman.

Funny how CAIR and company get all bent out of shape when called out, but are strangely silent with the Fort Hood shooting, the Christmas Tree bomber, the Times Square bomber, the underwear bomber, 9/11 and other atrocities.

We know CAIR has a lot to hide. Radical Islam can’t stand the scrutiny because there’s no such thing. It’s just Islam, the religion of hate and intolerance. I just hope it happens and the RINOs, progressives and multi-culturalist don’t sink this badly needed look into Islam.
