Even if Obama can produce a long-form birth certificate (which he refuses), there are legal precedents which would rule him a subject of the British empire (since his father was a British subject who never tried to assimilate into the USA). It’s really as simple as that.

Zip, why be an “enemy of birthers”? The original “birthers” were Hillary supporters for God’s Sake!! Besides, there is a lot more issue to Obama’s citizenship than just his birth certificate. One of the things I have read is that Obama was adopted by Papa Soetoro in order for him to go to school in Indonesia. Having dual citizenship in the USA and Indonesia would disqualify him as being President. I wouldn’t be so quick to dismiss this issue. Tingles didn’t even address this issue.
hilarious… My guess is that where it lists the father, there is a bunch whitespace.. Maybe a long list of possible names… but there are so many holes in O’s story… would be nice if the press started really digging. Go Tingles!
If we can not see barry’s records from Columbia, can we at least hear from one person who knew him there? We are supposed to believe the guy who has been on every media venue in the US the last several years was a “hermit”? Where was he really during those Columbia years?

The conversion is always about the Birth Certificate but never about his citizenship. How is an individual ‘natural born’ if both parents were not citizens at the time of his birth? The correct question is never asked; how is he ‘natural born’?
Call me whatever floats your boat, but something is not right and they know that their days are numbered before someone will ask the correct question; how is he ‘natural born’?

As far as I am concerned he is not a legal Constitutional President of the United States.
To obtain a Michigan enhanced driver’s license – which doubles as a passport – I had to provide my long-form birth certificate, which has the names of both of my parents and the US state in which they were born, it states the name of the hospital I was born in, and this document is signed by the physician who delivered me. Using these standards, Obama would not qualify for a US enhanced driver’s license, yet somehow it’s proof enough to be POTUS. ???? Anyone else see anything wrong with this? Yes, I am a proud, unapologetic BIRTHER. As an American citizen, I DESERVE to see all citizenship paperwork of the man who was elected POTUS.
A good friend of who has lived in HI for the last 35 yrs advised me that a certificate of live birth in HI is not proof of birth in the state, it is merely a registration of that birth provided by responsible parties.
Obarfa may have been born there. But a COLB is not proof positive.
The underlying question is, “why, in the past couple of days have we seen the most liberal-lefty media morons begin to ask questions now, that should have been asked more than two years ago?” Questions such as, “we wonder if Obama can learn from on the job training, since he really has no experience running anything, not a city, not a state, just a campaign, (with lots and lots of everyone elses money, even foreign money– to pave his way to the WH)?”, — or, “we wonder why he just doesn’t show everyone that he is a natural born citizen? Questions that mainstream America has been asking since the beginning, and suddenly all these supposedly educated, intellectual, far-more-superior individuals then any of us unwashed-masses, are just starting to be curious about this blank-slate called Obama.
I am wondering when they will ask, “how did it happen that he was never asked by the Democratic Party in any of the 50 states in which he campaigned, to provide proof of eligibility to run for POTUS, as is supposedly a duty and requirement of the represented party?”
I am thinking that another good question could be, “how many people do I know, that have a legitimate birth certificate but refuse to produce it? Instead, they are able to get legal ID with a form that only certifies “proof of a live birth” (could have been anywhere in the world)? Most states require a long form birth certificate with a state seal to get a Driver’s License, etc. Maybe Hawaii allows someone to vouch for you, and say something like, “he can’t prove he was born here, but I will swear to it”! LOL

I believe his beatnik communist mother brought him into Hawaii a few days or weeks after he was born and then put announcements in Hawaiian papers claiming he was born there and getting a COLB, which is not a birth certificate.. We will never know, all we know is that he is not a natural born citizen, since his father, whoever that was, was not an American..
S.Wolf, you are probably correct that we will never know the entire truth. I did see somewhere, that the birth announcement in the newspaper was pretty close to accurate as far as his supposed birthdate, but that means nothing. My parents put an announcement in their paper, within a day of our first son’s birth, because we were stationed in Germany at the time and called them with the news. So, IMO,the newspaper note means nothing more than the Dunhams stuck it in the paper. Who knows if it is even the correct date?
I have just found it odd, that with all the GOOD publicity that someone would get, if they came forward to say “he lived next door”, “I shared a hosptial room with his Mom”, “I was the doctor that delivered him”, “I was a nurse at the delivery”, “I filled out the original paperwork for his birth certificate”– or whatever the case may be–that nobody has come forward or uttered a word except for his Grandma that said she was present at his birth in KENYA, and one of his Uncles that confirmed on an American Radio Show that Obama was not only born in Kenya but that his birthplace was now something of a tourist attraction. LOL Now, those relatives are not allowed to talk to anybody. HHHHMMMMM!
Hussein may or may not have been born in Hawaii. The real question, as I see it, might actually be that his real birth mother probably wasn’t Stanley Ann Dunham, who strangely started classes at the University of Washington in Seattle 2 weeks after giving birth. Having given birth twice, I simply can’t imagine having to start classes so soon after the birth – and especially leaving my precious newborn behind. Something is very fishy here – not so much with WHERE the traitor-in-chief was born.

Seems obvious that the answer is he (a) was not born here, (b) is not the child of two American citizens as required, and (c) since he refuses all access to his other background information, he was, no doubt, a sub-par, privilaged by affirmative action student academically, was of Indonesian citizenship and not lawfully qualified for the office, let alone by experience.
There are some very, very corrupt and powerful forces, of whom Soros and the Saudis are only a few, who put him into power and are ready to take him out.
I think we will know by June or July of 2011 what the score it.

All this renewed interest in the birth certificate–coming from the Democrats no less-something tells me that a legitimate looking long form birth certificate has been forged and the stage is being set for Obama to redeem himself. Maybe Krauthammer can make the announcement!!!
listingstarboard, you could be correct. However, there has to be a Doctor on the form, and one would wonder, again, why he wouldn’t have been tracked down and interviewed by anyone, before now. (Although, I will be the first to admit that we have so few authentic and capable investigative reporters remaining in this new world of “so-called Journalism”, that a search for some very obvious “leads” or clues, could have easily been overlooked.) Also, there had to be someone, surely another child, born on the same day, around the same time, in the same place with the same doctor as Obama. He couldn’t have been the only child born on the islands. If he were, he would stick out in someone’s mind, you would think; perhaps a nurse, or the person that prepared his paperwork. Someone has to know something about this birth. Millions of people and nobody knows anything? Oh yes! The new Governor? He grew up with Obama, but, again, who is disputing that Obama spent much of his youth in Hawaii, and eventually grew up. What about his original b’day! LOL!
Desperado–if his Obstetrician was in his 40′s it is very likely he is no longer alive–what I find most curious is the lack of proof of Stanley Anne’s pregnancy–isn’t there anyone that remembers seeing her pregnant, isn’t there ONE picture of her pregnant?

It is absurd to accept any form of birth certificate from a man who has paid so much to keep it from the public for so long… they think we are stupid..
The reason for a fake certificate at this time is so he can get on ballots in the states that now require certificates to be on their ballots. Hopefully these states will scrutinize any fraudulent certificates. The only reason he would care is to once again break laws to get elected as has been necessary every time he has run for an office…
