And Maine Makes 25: Half of All States Suing to Stop ObamaCare…

Worst. Bill. Evah!
Comments & pings are closed.(The Foundry) — If it is allowed to be implemented, Obamacare will eventually do deep and irreparable harm to our nation’s budget deficit. But while Obamacare is more of a long-term threat to fiscal health at the federal level, it is a clear and present danger to the states. Of the 34 million Americans who gain health insurance through Obamacare, over half (18 million) will receive it through Medicaid. . . .
It is also why the newly elected governors of Ohio, Oklahoma, Maine, and Wisconsin have all decided to sue the Obama administration in hopes of stopping Obamacare. Specifically, Gov. Mary Fallin of Oklahoma has announced that the Sooner State will pursue its own case against the law, while Govs. John Kasich (R) and Scott Walker (R) (of Ohio and Wisconsin respectively) will add their states to Florida’s multi-state suit. And yesterday, newly sworn-in state Attorney General William Schneider announced Maine would also join the the Florida litigation. That brings the number of states on the Florida suit to 23 and the total number of states suing to stop Obamacare (which includes Virginia and Oklahoma) to 25.

Maybe all 57 states will oppose the bill.
All 57 Arab States?
Maine Makes 25: YES!!
Anyhow…
Yes, there are 57 Arab states…
But when Our 50 States see the irreparable damage Obamacare will do to their budgets, well..it doesn’t matter because they will be unable to afford it.
I expect a few more defectors… except those like California and the Peoples State of Massachusetts.. those that are beyond reality…
Dayum! Heard VA’s atty gen, Ken Cuccinelli the other day and he seemed to think that all the states that were going to sue were already on board. Apparently not! Woohooo!
Wow, I bet this is gonna snap Snowe’s and Collins’s garters!!!
Gov. LePage, STAND TALL!!!!
Cue the Hindenburg photo soon, Zip.
OK, my Constitutional Law IQ is low on this but I think I recall something about if a certain amount of states sue over the bill something, something and something happens …
Anyone?

every time i see that picture, i think it looks like he is saying “I AM THE GREAT CORNHOLIO”
. . .
should be more given -
IBM CEO, Sam Palmisano offered to cut Medicare fraud by $900B FOR FREE( to prove that it worked). Obama snubbed the offer.
Mr. Palmisano is quoted as saying during a taping of The Wall Street Journal’s Viewpoints program on September 14, 2010:
“We could have improved the quality and reduced the cost of the healthcare system by $900 billion…I said we would do it for free to prove that it works. They turned us down.”
A second meeting between Mr. Palmisano and the Obama Administration took place two weeks later, with no change in the Obama Administration’s stance. A call placed to IBM on October 8, 2010, by FOX News confirmed, via a spokesperson, that Mr. Palmisano stands by his statement.
Being from Maine, I am beaming with pride on my new Governor LePage. Maine leads. Can’t have socialism in a representative republic, and yes Senator Snowe was the one to cave on 13 Oct 2009 to allow for this commie crap to come to life. That was my vote then, won’t be my vote in the future.
Need 7 more to call a Constitutional Convention and put a cap on Obama and the Feds.
The state represented by RINO’s, finally see’s the light. I had believed till now,
that Maine had just become another suburb of Boston and was infected by
the left.
we are infected, read most of the comments at that page and you will see how the lower portion of the state has deigned itself to be the mouthpiece of the state as a whole.
tea is an antibiotic….
It’s about time the states stand up for the Constitution.
