DNC Picks Former ACORN Operative and SEIU Executive as Their New Executive Director…
ACORN, SEIU and now the DNC, this guy’s a triple-threat.
(Daily Caller)- In a letter Thursday, Democratic National Committee Chairman Tim Kaine announced that he had selected Patrick Gaspard to serve as the political party’s new executive director.
The selection is certain to draw criticism from conservatives because of Gaspard’s past association with activist organization ACORN.
Gaspard donated thousands of dollars to ACORN, The American Spectator has reported, and worked for New York’s Working Families Party and labor union SEIU.
Kaine wrote in the letter, “He understands the importance of grassroots politics and team building… Working together, I am confident that we can protect the progress of the past two years, achieve important electoral victories in 2011 and 2012.”

More proof has emerged of White House political director Patrick Gaspard’s ties to the radical advocacy group ACORN.
Gaspard, a longtime operative for ACORN and one of its partisan arms, New York’s Working Families Party, currently holds the title of White House political affairs director, the same title Karl Rove held in President Bush’s White House.
Internal ACORN documents show that Gaspard gave ACORN $40,000 over the past two years. Specifically, while Gaspard worked as an executive vice president of Service Employees International Union Local 1199 in New York he gave ACORN $15,000 in 2007 and $25,000 in 2008.

What will be really funny is if the House of Representatives decides to subpoena some of the ACORN leaders. Seeing as the House has this power I can see some people getting into big trouble for illegal activities using taxpayer money. If this guy was a leader in ACORN and he knew what was going on he could be heading to jail. Just the first step in the Democrat’s house of cards collapsing.
