New Civility Alert: Liberal Radio Host Mocks Wisconsin GOP Lt. Gov. For Having Cancer…
Can the left be any more repulsive? The answer appears to be, yes.
(The Blaze)- A liberal Wisconsin talk radio host has apologized after making crude sexual jokes about the state’s female lieutenant governor, as well as mocking her survival of colon cancer.
On Monday, Madison-area WTDY morning host John “Sly” Sylvester criticized Wisconsin Lieutenant Governor Rebecca Kleefisch’s cold-calling attempts trying to woo businesses from Illinois to Wisconsin in the wake of the former state’s financial woes. In response, Sylvester mockingly impersonated Kleefisch and said she was only elected after performing sexual acts. He then later referenced Kleefisch’s bout with colon cancer and wondered if her hairstyle is a result of having to wear a wig.

The MFM/Wisconsin simply didn’t cover the story. Only Conservative talk radio bothered with it.
The only reason why this guy apologized, is that he might lose a sponsor or two. In my opinion, he could give a rat’s ass on what people think. It is all about money.
It would be helpful if someone who lives somewhere that his program can be heard would post a list of his sponsors in these comments.

John Sylvester, you slimeball. I was in radio for 23 years, and I can tell you that I’ve met alot of scumbags, but you really take the big trophy, pal. I left broadcasting 11 years ago because I thought it was vile. I was right then and I’m right now. And as a graduate of the Edward R. Murrow School of Communications, I hereby renounce my broadcasting degree as the joke that it is.
The raw hatred from the Left is despicable. It is so ever present that it makes the overblown hoopla over Palin, Beck, et al, completely absurd.
Only someone without a sense of decency would make such an unnecessary and disgusting remark. Even if he apologized he has done great damage to what little is left of his reputation.
I would hold off on bashing this guy for one reason-
One thing he said has a relevant truth to it..
the COLON CANCER remark was in relation to the fact, that like our congress members, Kleefisch runs around advocating about the wonders of the private HC companies
(who are now in bed with Obama, and whose lobbyists asked for a unconstitutional mandate)
and how americans should simply buy ‘coverage’ at market’ rates from these private companies,
however these same republican politicians in no way want to use their public funded salaries to purchase these private policies for their families, even as they insist that govt spending must be cut, and proudly assert that the private HC companies make our system ”the envy of the world”-
these same hypocrite Republican Neocon politicians all want free govt socialized HC provided by taxpayers for their personal dependants = FACT..
No matter how fraudulent, or illegal/unconstitutional Obamacare is (and it is).
The Republican mainstream dont want to cut their own benefits..
only the benefits of those who dont have paying lobbyists to represent them.
IF a congress member making 175k a year cant afford to buy a private HC policy for his family of 4 each year, but giddily suggests this is viable for those who on avg make 1/8 of that congressional salary,
you dont get to cry or play victim when you are mocked for this. Sadly, these govt officials should be mocked 24/7 until they also repeal all special free HC for themselves, and go buy it at the same full prices everyone else it getting shaken down for.
