McRINO: Obama Has “Changed” Since Taking Office, “Doing a Lot of Right Things”…

I’ll never forgive myself for voting for this guy in 2008.

WASHINGTON, Jan. 23 (UPI) — Sen. John McCain said Sunday U.S. President Barack Obama has “learned” and “changed” in his two years in office.

Speaking on CBS’s “Face the Nation,” the Arizona Republican had some praise for the Democrat who defeated him in the 2008 presidential election.

“The president, I think, has learned a lot in the last two years as any president does. He is a very intelligent man. I think he’s doing a lot of right things,” he said.

“I think the president has already changed a great deal. … He’s going to be talking about cutting spending. That’s what the message of the November election was. He’ll be saying some things that we don’t agree with, but obviously with the new appointments, with an agenda where he wants free trade agreements passed.”

McCain said he would be sitting with Democrat Tom Udall of New Mexico at the State of the Union address Tuesday. Many Democrats and Republicans will be breaking up the partisan seating that has been customary.

Well I can see that you haven’t changed McLame. STFU and retire all ready. Thanks for your service in VN. Now get lost RHINO.

I didn’t vote for him; I voted for Sarah Palin. Too bad that RINO cluttered up the ticket.

“I think the president has already changed a great deal. … He’s going to be talking about cutting spending………………….”

    Operative words in that statement:

    “talking about”

I’ve been talking about shedding a few pounds, exercising, and cleaning up my shop.

The RNC keeps calling, asking for donations. I keep refusing. McCain/2008 is the reason. I gave then (until that last debate.) I will not now.

Yo, McCain, how about a nice steaming cup of Shut the Hell Up.
You have cost us enough already!

I am just like Mack. I voted for Sarah Palin. I never liked that mealy-mouthed mccain.

Dittos g_o & Mack, Palin would be Vice-President if there would have been someone decent on the ticket with her. Must be the trauma from the beatings he took in Vietnam.

I agree with those who voted for Palin. I did, too. It’s a wonder McCain ever became the nominee — someone got it done so Obummer could win.

I voted for Mccain, the first time I had ever voted for a republican, I never understood why so many conservatives I spoke with absolutely could not stand Mccain, in fact many I knew stayed home, and I used to plead with them to vote for Mccain, at least he didn’t loathe America like the fraud.

Now I understand why conservatives felt that way, and why they refused to vote for this man. Frankly I now tell people I voted for Sarah Palin, Mccain was just her sidekick.

Take a good look, anyone who’s thinking RomneyCare, (Turned Me Into A) Newt, the Huckster, Pawlenty, this is what you’re getting,

    RINO Fever.

  15. Sentinel says:

I’ll never understand the RNC and why they put up so many weak, spineless candidates who can’t win. Let’s take Dole for example; sure he was a good American who served honorably during WWII but he was way past his prime when nominated and thus assuring his defeat. Now fast forward a couple of administrations and we have the same thing – another “Over the hill” candidate who can barely win re-election in Congress and with all the energy of a bowl of grits. It’s almost like the Republicans WANT TO LOSE. Honestly, I think the RNC is just a subsidiary of the DNC. And I voted for Palin as well; it was the only part of the ticket worth anything.

It’s like , in that photograph, McCain is acknowledging his role as the old, pale Nosferatu-like, hopelessly feeble candidate – and he’s openly playing it up for the camera … like he doesn’t give a damn.

  19. Sentinel says:
    January 23, 2011 at 10:26 pm

    @czekmark

As a lot of us did….knowing the DNC was putting up a Communist. But what remains is purging both the RINOs and Demonrats from the government.

  20. Mom Knows Best says:

Right Sentinel, there’s a purging coming unless ACORN and SEIU steal the election. We must be vocal about putting conservatives on the ticket.

You are one of the main reasons we are in the trouble we are in now.

You were so selfish to run for an office that you didn’t want. You kept praising Obuma. It was you that screwed the country.

Go home and check into a retirement home, you bastard!

Support Sarah Palin on the various blogs and web postings you visit. The Establishement Right is our main enemy now. The left has already let the mask drop and the Obamaister is doing more to raise true conservative awareness than any man since Goldwater. They all are trying to sink Sarah Palin’s chances because they know that she works for the people not the machine. All these RINOs and their Democratic Socialist allies are on the payroll of the same crony capitalist crooks. Back Sarah Palin and honest American free competition and we can work our way out of this mess in 2012.

Remember if we allow the Establishment Barbara Bush elitists to define who will be our Republican candidate in 2012 for President we will have lost the country as sure as if the Obama team was given a second term.

  35. asaracen says:

It’s time to start that third party. With Repubs like Mc Lame, the Republicans
are never going to beat Obumma. It’s either that, or we will have a revolution
    happening in 2012.

  36. Texmom says:
    January 24, 2011 at 10:45 am

Well, at least his daughter Meghan will be pleased with this new Obama lovin’ attitude.
I suspected McCain’s intentions back when Bush beat him for the GOP nomination. After Bush got in, McCain fought him on everything. That told me something about McCain and nothing he has done since has dissuaded me. He appears to be loyal only to what furthers his own career.

  37. HonestAmerican says:

  39. FeFe says:

What is McRino good for now? I mean, what has The New Liberal Lion done for me or Arizona lately? He couldn’t even be the stalwart for the military to hold DADT in place since the majority of those who are on the front lines said so.

It’s 3am and does he even know his daughter is on TV pushing the gay agenda for New Year’s Eve? Was he sad not to be invited to the wedding of the amputee dog to the hairless cat? This is your daughter mocking you and your constituents. Enjoy!

I blame Palin. If she hadn’t immediately and vocally supported McCain for reelection, and thereby keeping any viable alternative candidate at bay, Arizona may have voted him out and ensured — they happen in threes; Teddy, Bryd… — that another member of Congress would not die in office from old age.
