Florida: Federal Judge Could Rule ObamaCare Unconstitutional as Early as Today…

MIAMI, Jan 31 (Reuters) – A Florida judge could on Monday become the second U.S. judge to declare President Barack Obama’s healthcare reform law unconstitutional, in the biggest legal challenge yet to federal authority to enact the law.
The judge, Roger Vinson of the U.S. District Court in Pensacola, Florida, was expected to rule on a lawsuit brought by governors and attorneys general from 26 U.S. states, almost all of whom are Republicans. Obama is a Democrat.
The plaintiffs represent more than half the U.S. states, so the Pensacola case has more prominence than some two dozen lawsuits filed in federal courts over the healthcare law.
No specific time has been given for Vinson’s ruling, which was unlikely to end the legal wrangling over the contentious reform law, which could well reach the U.S. Supreme Court.
But an aide said he was determined to issue his opinion in the course of Monday on the suit filed on March 23, 2010, just hours after Obama signed the reform into law.

Crossing fingers here. I will jump for joy if this judge rules against Bamcare, I am SICK of this adminstration pushing their aganda down our throats!
I love the insurance I have at this time and I have had it for many years. I do not want some bureaucrat deciding my family’s future, because he or she has a budget to follow and needs to keep up their Key Performance Indicator.
This whole system is based on Communism, anyone who does not understand this basic fact is blind.
This program is as UNAMERICAN as it gets.
Hopefully this judge has never equivocated Buying Health Insurance = Buying a TV.

If that fails, I will convert to Amish / Muslim, as neither of them is required to participate.

all together all the courts so far found the penalty for not purchasing health insurance unconstitutional, and the Virginia court also found the mandate unconstitutional, We now await Florida, to protect freedom and liberty.
My health care, the foods i chose to eat or not eat, I chose to smoke or not smoke, my medical information, all these items are my private decisions and private choices ,
the way I remember the democratic party i use to vote for, The core and founding issue was self and personal privacy of my God given right to freedom of chose, that includes any item I wish to purchase with my earning.
You cannot stop we the 80% of American’s over paying for health insurance when the federal government can’t even pay for the medical services they owe.
medicare doctor payment in this plan will drop as low as medicaid and that means no doctors to treat anyone, except the rich, who have good health insurance or even pay with cash or with a private payment method.
All the pro Obama care leaders all say this program will cause America into a social nationwide source of healthcare ” the public option ” where just like all the other nations with socialized medicine come to the united states now for the best and fastest treatment, I ask you where will American’s go ?
