Afghan Government Man Will Execute Man For Converting to Christianity Within Three Days…
Disgusting that we’re giving blood and treasure to keep this regime in power.
(Daily Mail)- An Afghan physiotherapist will be executed within three days for converting to Christianity.
Said Musa, 45, has been held for eight months in a Kabul prison were he claims he has been tortured and sexually abused by inmates and guards.
Mr Musa, who lost his left leg in a landmine explosion in the 1990s, has worked for the Red Cross for 15 years and helps to treat fellow amputees.
He was arrested in May last year as he attempted to seek asylum at the German embassy following a crackdown on Christians within Afghanistan.
He claims he was visited by a judge who told him he would be hanged within days unless he converted back to Islam.
But he remains defiant and said he would be willing to die for his faith.
‘My body is theirs to do what they want with. ‘Only God can decide if my spirit goes to hell.’

It is important to note that the call for execution is not coming from extremists, this is an edict from the moderate Afghanistan government.

I’d be willing to think that dieing for your faith would look good in the eyes of God. I hope if I was put in that position I would do the same thing.
There is no compulsion in islam… except when there is compulsion…
And let me point out, dieing for your faith that doesn’t require taking out other people with a bomb or committing suicide.

If you go to the actual article, there are a ton of disturbing comments by athiests along the lines of “religion is the cause of all evil” and “What’s the big deal? It’s like converting from a Jedi to a Klingon”. These comments seem to place blame on the guy converting to Christianity and the fact that he follows any religion as deserving of death, rather than realizing that under Muslim rule they as athiests (especially if they casually referred to Allah as “Magic Sky King”) would also be fair game for persecution, torture, and execution.

This is not the first sentenced to death in Afghanistan for failing to reconvert back to islam. I wrote about another last month but I have not been able to find any new information on him. He was scheduled to die the first week of January:

All that our Government is doing in Iraq and Afghanistan is establishing Islamic Theocracies in the name of “Democracy”. Democracy is “The Majority Rules” or “Mob Rule”, you could call Communism, “Democracy”. The Bolsheviks in Russia called their Communist State a “Democracy” in 1917. It is likely that one reason these religion of peace fools are feeling so insecure is because they are losing out big time in the islamic world to Christian conversions. The big mantra is that islam is the fastest growing religion in the world which is just bull.hit.
