Baghdad Bob: We Will Implement ObamaCare Despite Judge’s Declaration That His Ruling Is the “Equivalent of an Injunction”…

(CNS News) — White House Spokesman Robert Gibbs told CNSNews.com today that the administration will “rightly” continue to implement the Obamacare law even though the federal judge who sided with 26 states in declaring it unconstitutional said that his ruling was “the functional equivalent of an injunction” against the law.
In his ruling last week, Judge Roger Vinson of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida wrote that in his opinion an injunction is an extraordinary measure, particularly when a ruling is against the federal government.
The ruling said an injunction would be an extraordinary measure. “It is even more so when the party to be enjoined is the federal government, for there is a long-standing presumption ‘that officials of the Executive Branch will adhere to the law as declared by the court. As a result, the declaratory judgment is the functional equivalent of an injunction,’” it said.

Things to remember:
- Prepare a case, but don’t necessarily prosecute at this time. Obama can only pardon those who have been convicted of a crime. When he’s no longer in office, he can no longer neutralize their convictions.
- Force seemingly unnecessary revelation of evidence in order to generated the needed evidence trail to support the 2013 prosecutions. There is lot’s of overlap in government, and what might be innocuous for one study of suspected wrong-doing might be revealing in another case. Use what you know to find out what you don’t know.
- If prosecutions are possible for certain Democratic members of Congress, prosecute only those states who have Republican governors (at this time), who are most likely appoint an ‘Impeachment Friendly’ replacement.
- Once the impeachment ball is rolling, press every advantage. The faster we can remove him and Captain Joe from office, the more evidence we can preserve for later prosecutions.
- Upon removal from office, do not remove all Cabinet heads immediately! Assign FBI surveillance to track everything “those who serve at the pleasure” of the new president do, and let the bastards hang themselves. They WILL try to cover their tracks, and those who are caught acting against the direction of the new President will be committing an act of treason.
- After the Socialist cabinet member have incriminated themselves, cut a deal with each to revel the rest of the network.

Then prepare for a fight because it’s gonna be a long one. We, the people, intend to win!

- They pass this horror – was it at night on a holiday weekend if I remember right?
- When they went to pass it, they rushed it through so fast that no one, including themselves, had a chance to read it.
- We know now from the following November elections that a majority of the nation did not want Obamacare passed. And we had told them ALL before it was passed.
- On top of that, the Left snuck in a Socialist takeover of the student loan industry – nothing at all to do with health care.
- The elections come, it costs the Democrats over 600 seats, largely as a result of the passage of Obamacare.
- Then the courts declare it unconstitutional.
And NOW, with an economy in shambles, foreign policy a joke, and their own party in tatters, we’re told that we and all our objections can go to hell – Obama and the Socialists will do as they please.
This summer should be interesting.

You can always tell the intelligence of a commentator by the quality of his language. Either something is an injunction or it isn’t. The notion of equivalency, is simply a conjecture, which just exists it that judge’s mind.
This frightens me more than anything else that has come out of this cesspool called the Obama administration.

So, are the states that are a party to this action going to press Judge Vinson to impose contempt charges? Someone needs to spend some time behind bars for this blatant violation of a Federal Judge’s order.

By declaring the law unconstitutional, the law was voided. Therefore, no “injunction” is necessary, as you cannot enjoin a voided law.
So, we are now in a Constitutional crisis. The Executive has disregarded an action by the Judiciary (his equal), and only the Supreme Court can adjudicate. In the meantime, any money spent on Obamacare is fraud, period.
This is a seditious high crime against the country.
