With his “great society program” of welfare he and the Democratic party pretty much destroyed the nucleus of the American black family for generations to come as they relied more on government welfare programs than going out and getting a job.

A variable exchange rate is set in place and both monitary systems are left to flourish or die based on a sort of GDP.
Then we finally arrive at a “real world conclusion” as to what side is more productive and has better fiscal policies.

99% of everything Howard Dean proposes is a gross violation of the U.S. Consititution. Since when does the federal government have the right to redistribute income, or any other entitlement for that matter. IMO the logical way to redistribute wealth would be to take the money from the leftist controlled foundations which have engaged in fraud (such as the Joyce foundation) and apply such money to the national debt which would help all Americans.
