Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer Declares War on Obama Regime: Files Lawsuit Over Failure to Secure Border, Enforce Immigration Laws, Stop Invasion…
Arizona is lucky to have a true leader like Jan Brewer. Here in Mass I’m stuck with Obama Jr. (aka Deval Patrick).

Governor Jan Brewer just announced . . . . on behalf of the State of Arizona, she is suing the Federal Government.
There are 5 counts . . . . and here is a summary (my notes) from the press conference.
1/ failure to achieve operational control over the Mexico/Arizona border.
2/ failure to protect Arizona from invasion and Arizona says invasion not just limited to other countries to invade but applies to people and secured border.
3 / failure to enforce immigration laws . . . . and their failure causes national security risks . . . abuse of discretion that Fed only enforce the law they want to and they should enforce all.
4/ declaratory relief about reimbursement for Fed govt’s failure to pay for incarceration of prisoners (illegal).
5/ under 10th amendment . . . powers not delegated to the Fed, are reserved to the people and while control of border is fed responsibility, when criminals cross border illegally and commit crimes, it is a state responsibility and the Feds are interfering with the state to fulfill its responsibilities.

As a former AZ resident I feel a since of pride in Jan Brewer, especialy today! One of the reasons we left (pima county), is the illegals tresspassing on our land! I was worried about the family when I was away. When I was home I was always armed to the teeth. I got tired of constanly doing recon patrols and living under that kind of pressure. Hell, I’ve been to war, but I didn’t have the family to worry about! My family then ,were my brothers in arms, and thats different!

Brewer is thinking ahead, she is protecting the soverenty of her state and the health department should give her a parade for stoping not only illegals but what they might piggyback ride into her state, as far as swine flu, tb, aids, meth addicts, every industry in Arizona should support her it is not about “just let me look at your papers”. My best friend, before he was killed and I used to fly his Beech D-18 into those boneyards looking for parts. I believe the place your refering to is now called the Pima Cty Air Museum.It’s outstanding! If memory serves me it was an old CIA field. Its got 100′s of old planes. There also was another boneyard about 30 or so miles away and Tucson used to have one at there airport.

I don’t know how many of you guys have noticed that the past couple of years, mostly in the past 5 or 10 years, WOMEN have been becoming decidedly more prominent in almost every arena, especially in this country. The positive example that many of them have shown, and the Leadership Qualities and Guts behind some of their decisions and their heroic efforts, is almost breathtaking.
I see women in this country willing to take on the “bad guys”, or the “hard problems” and they aren’t backing down. I see police tapes with women who have come out to fight back, and they do it with commitment and fortitude, even though they are outsized and outnumbered. They are there, more and more, to back up the police, or take someone on, single-handedly.
I see ladies in Mexico who take positions of authority that everyone else has runaway from, and they know in doing so, they are literally taking their life in their hands.
The women who are politicians, crime fighters, mother’s who are raising a family all by themselves, to mention a few, are individuals we should truly be proud of. If they ever were the “weaker sex”, it had to be in “another life”!

It is so disingenuous when people in high/media positions, with a platform to make a clear distinction regarding the difference between objecting to illegal immigration, as opposed to legal immigration (Geraldo Rivera comes to mind), fail to do so. I just listened to Geraldo saying, “there are so many good people from south of the border, and the RIGHT is so wrong, to discriminate against them. They are contributing members of society. Just think, if the RIGHT had their way, the young man who helped Gabby Giffords might not have been where is was that day!” Well, that might be true, but I believe that young man was a legal resident. Some of the illegals may be great people, but there is a proper/legal way to enter the U.S., and work legally. Then, you become one of us, pay taxes, and contribute.
The LEFT always seems to personalize, as if we are racist, or against the person themselves, as opposed to the who/what/where/when/ and how they got here, and how the hell we are going to support all of them. I am sick of being told that we can’t afford to send them back, or it is inhumane to send them home. I agree that it is sad, and their country is a mess. But, can we save the whole world?

Taxpayers will really be hurting in States where no policing laws are prevalent. If this is not your idea of rampant welfare entitlements for illegal workers and their families, you had better search your conscious and see if your compassion is wrecking your states future.
America will always need the highest skilled scientists, engineers and computer experts that will be highly sought after for their qualifications. These legal immigrants will never become a public charge, looking to apply for food stamps and public welfare. However what we don’t need, nor should they be accommodated by the radical open border zealots, is the desperate, impoverished who slip into this nation without a penny. They are exploited by all different trade contractors, sub-contractors and any incorrigible employer such a “Chipotle” fast food group of eating houses hiring hundreds of illegal laborers. These are jobs that our own children can do or legal resident teens, which right now in this complex recession could make a little extra money for college. It is estimated there are at least 8 million foreigners in every caliber of jobs; not just using a leaf blower or bricklayer or janitorial services.
No longer can this country afford to cater to those people who slip through immigration loopholes such as the instant-baby-citizenship of the 14th amendment and allowing the indigent parent to stay. This fraudulent enterprise on its own costs US citizens billions of dollars a year, especially when the rest of large family is smuggled into this land. We must stop coddling the destitute of other countries, and look to our own population below the poverty line. We must make E-Verify, 287 (g) policing authority, a mandatory high priority, with hefty fines, confiscation of company assets and painful prison sentences. Our country is in a serious situation, brought on by thirty years of illegal immigration neglect and now States have seen the writing on the wall and costs for education, health care and imprisonment, which the US government never reimburses? Those soft States that bow down to the illegal immigration invasion, will soon find themselves in a financial quaternary.
Astronomical amounts of money in food stamps and too many freebies for illegal nationals to subsist on, thanks to both political parties. This blogger gets thousands of emails a day, which my response is a format letter. Just like Egyptian revolution, it’s up to the larger majority of the American people to stand up and protect and defend their citizenship, the US Constitution from Liberal progressives who would steal it from you. Several months ago I read an interesting article that broke down the cost of rounding them up, and sending them back to Mexico , and what it cost us on a yearly basis for them to be here.
I’m a wee bit rusty on the exact numbers, but the cost of rounding them up and sending them home was like 320Billion. The yearly cost in housing, medical, food stamps, etc. was lower, but still a financial drain on the country.
Washington claims this has never been done before, they were wrong. It has been done twice before, once after WW1, and again after WW2. The reason they did it was to provide jobs for our returning military members.
They called this “operation Wetback”.

There are plenty of likeminded people outside of America with American values instilled in them ready to immigrate to our country? BullSh*t.
The sad thing is, people are b*tching over which party did what instead of demanding the elite class (politicians) to end the invasion. Republicans IMO started this disaster with Reagan giving wholesale amnesty to 3 million +/- illegals. And the painful thing for Republicans is that they voted in leaders were the ones that offered amnesty (Bush the first the other one). Clinton ignored the problem (among other things: a.k.a. Islamic extremism) but really it’s the fault of both parties. Now we 30-plus years later have to deal with the mess.
I grew up in Lake County, Illinois. Born in the early 70s, when I graduated high school (1989), I was prepared for construction work but was unhireable or “over-educated”, meaning I was a native-born citizen who spoke English. I worked in factories for years for lousy pay at companies that yet hadn’t hired illegials but couldn’t pay normal rates due to illegal worker competition. I eventually had to move far from Lake County and go to college for a worthless education that didn’t add up to sh*t (most post-high school education is worthless IMO).
Anyway, people attacking the political bent are missing the point. Both Democrats and Republicans are guilty of letting millions of unknown people flood this great country for the gain of wage supression or a quick vote. Just think, the people marching over your border are the bottom of the barrel in their countries. Many immigrants are illiterate even in their own langage and becoming a huge burden on the people who were born here having to pay for them with all of our services. Not to even mention the terrorist element (three people who planned the Fort Dix attacks in 2007 entered the country illegially from Mexico).
Sorry, this is mostly a rant but it just sickens me to no end the failure of our political parties to take notice of the disaster that is immigration.
Jan Brewer is right on the money. Those drug cartels are conducting random home invasions and such without fear of repercussions. They are even wiping out entire towns just inside the Mexican border–not just attacking here. Someone in Washington needs to bring our troops home, put them on the border and protect our citizens. THEN they need to tell Mexico to grow a pair, clean up their mess or we’ll end up doing it for them because we’re sick of our people being killed! Over 41 people have disappeard from Laredo, TX alone…This is not tolerable. They are spending so much time trying to harass Americans in Washington, D.C. that they don’t care about anyone’s safety on the border. To them, when one dies, it’s one less member of the surplus population! Sorry but that is my view on a lot of the leaders in place right now.
PS: We also need to shut down these “Sharia Courts” being set up. If they can’t go by American Law, they need to go back where they came from…We have one law and one Constitution.
