For DECADES Planned Parenthood has provided “birth control” and at least at a minimum, some educational information about how not to get pregnant.
During that time the actual “evil and immoral and unethical and stupid” little girls failed on their end of the process and ‘partnership’ with Planned Parenthood. So, PP decided they had to dumb down just for them. And so “abortion” was then presented as the perfect birth control solution, and no other manner of birth control was given more deference.

How do couples get pregnant?
Answer: They have sex.
(Rape and Incest account for a small percentage of unwanted pregnancies.) Couples make a decision to take an action. Birth control is available. You CAN get pregnant, even if you use birth control, but again, there is not a high percentage of pregnancy due to failed birth control measures, when responsibly practiced.
Joy’s logic is, if you don’t supply free birth control, there would be even more unwanted pregnancies, which will lead to even more abortions.
What about making an abortion less convenient? What about making the pregnancy a reality, instead of the abortion an easy out? When you carry a child for 9 months, you experience the reality of your actions. When you decide to give a child up for adoption, you experience the pain. When you carry a child for 9 months, you don’t need to go back to the abortion clinic two or three times during that same period, to abort more unwanted pregnancies. When a man has to pay for the medical bills that are incurred, whether he has a job, or is forced to perform community service,maybe it will all start to sink in. How many kids have realized, after their baby is born, what a huge responsibility it is, and that their actions actually create a living, breathing human being?
Why are we the stupid ones, for trying to protect an innocent life? There are just as many people who want to adopt, as there are babies who are conceived because of the actions of irresponsible couples. We are not the ones that continue bad behavior because we are too blind to see any reason to stop, and become more responsible in our choices. When there are no consequences for bad behavior, what is the incentive to “change”.
Have your baby, give it up for adoption if you don’t want it. You do have a choice. You can choose not to have unprotected sex. You can let your child have a chance at life, even if you aren’t the one raising it. You can choose to put someone else before yourself.
Maybe I am just “stupid” for believing that somewhere deep inside, we all have a sense of compassion, and an innate sense of right and wrong! That as human beings, we would all want and need to protect an innocent life, instead of planning someone’s death, paying for it, and then looking the other way, as if it doesn’t matter.
Sorry, that last post was so long. This issue just makes me sick. The thought of my money, being used in ways that I would never condone, just seems so wrong!

You’re sort of correct, but you’re not taking into account the total population percentage of Black woman versus White women. Black woman make up only 12.3% of the female US population. White women, 69%. Black women abort at 36.4%, White at 36%. So since abortions among the two races are roughly equal, statically as a group more Black babies are aborted.
