White House Spokesman Condemns “Appalling” Violence in Libya — Obama Still Silent…

Aboard Air Force One (AP) — The U.S. is condemning as “appalling” the violence in Libya, where security forces are unleashing a bloody crackdown on protesters demanding the ouster of Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi.
White House spokesman Jay Carney called on the Libyan government to respect the universal rights of its citizens and allow peaceful protests to take place. Echoing earlier White House statements about protests in Egypt, Carney says the future of Libya needs to be decided by the Libyan people.
Carney spoke to reporters traveling with the president to Cleveland.
Gadhafi appeared on state television Tuesday and vowed to fight protesters and to die a martyr.

Obama is waiting to see which way things turn. He will let Allen West, Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck, etc., make the hard comments and observations, and see how they fly, in the meantime. If it turns out that any of those controversial individuals on the RIGHT, are correct in their statements/comments, it will then be reported by the LEFT, that Obama had been saying the same thing, all along. Everything was put into motion by Obama himself. (SARC) (We are suppose to believe, if the outcome is positive, it was all Obama’s ideas and doing, this democracy thing, even though Bush put it into motion, years before, with IRAQ, and at that time Obama was a disbeliever). If things crash and burn, Beck,Palin, and West started World War III with their vitriolic discourse. SOROS says so, and Obama will be called by Soros’s spokesperson, and instructed on the talking points to ensue.
