Dem Rep. Mike Capuano to Unions: Emails Aren’t Enough, Time to “Get on the Streets and Get Bloody”…

Bring it.
(NH Journal) — A Democratic Congressman from Massachusetts is raising the stakes in the nation’s fight over the future of public employee unions, saying emails aren’t enough to show support and that it is time to “get a little bloody.”
“I’m proud to be here with people who understand that it’s more than just sending an email to get you going. Every once and awhile you need to get out on the streets and get a little bloody when necessary,” Rep. Mike Capuano (D-Ma.) told a crowd in Boston on Tuesday rallying in solidarity for Wisconsin union members.
But if Sarah Palin uses cross-hairs it’s instigating violence.

He really really doesn’t understand what he’s asking for.
I’ve filed a complaint with the FBI.
In the immortal words of Sean Connery on Celebrity Jeopardy…
…”BUCKFUTTER!!”
It is all about Votes and keeping their power. They could care less about you as a worker or individual. Just keep those Union dues flowing into the DNC’s pockets.
Freaking Pathetic see through people.
Inciting a riot is illegal for average folk, but it’s potentially career ending for a politician.
I’m not really sure what the implication is of inciting a riot across state lines. Does that meet the criteria for ‘terrorism’?
.
So much for keeping it civil. Imagine if Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck, or el Rushbo had made that same comment.
I don’t understand how any of this is even legal. Elected officials encouraging violence is not a crime somehow?
Hey Mike,
What happens when the taxpayers need to get a little bloody?
Will you like it then?
Will you have your lamestream media stooges bash the taxpayers as “fascists”?
I’m with Zip– bring it.

“INCITE A RIOT
Urging or instigating other persons to riot, but shall not be deemed to mean the mere oral or written (1) advocacy of ideas or (2) expression of belief, not involving advocacy of any act or acts of violence or assertion of the rightness of, or the right to commit, any such act or acts. 18 USC”
Furthermore:
“… A license issued under this section shall be revoked or suspended by the licensing authority, or his designee, upon the occurrence of any event that would have disqualified the holder from being issued such license or from having such license renewed. A license may be revoked or suspended by the licensing authority if it appears that the holder is no longer a suitable person to possess such license. Any revocation or suspension of a license shall be in writing and shall state the reasons therefor. Upon revocation or suspension, the licensing authority shall take possession of such license and the person whose license is so revoked or suspended shall take all actions required under the provisions of section 129D. No appeal or post-judgment motion shall operate to stay such revocation or suspension. Notices of revocation and suspension shall be forwarded to the commissioner of the department of criminal justice information services and the commissioner of probation and shall be included in the criminal justice information system. A revoked or suspended license may be reinstated only upon the termination of all disqualifying conditions, if any.”
And here is the section 129D being referred to:
“Section 129D. Upon revocation, suspension or denial of an application for a firearm identification card pursuant to the conditions of section one hundred and twenty-nine B, or of any firearms license if said firearms identification card is not then in force or of any machine gun license, the person whose application was so revoked, suspended or denied shall without delay deliver or surrender, to the licensing authority where he resides, all firearms, rifles, shotguns and machine guns and ammunition which he then possesses unless an appeal is pending. Such person, or his legal representative, shall have the right, at any time up to one year after said delivery or surrender, to transfer such firearms, rifles, shotguns and machine guns and ammunition to any licensed dealer or any other person legally permitted to purchase or take possession of such firearms, rifles, shotguns and machine guns and ammunition and upon notification in writing by the purchaser or transferee and the former owner, the licensing authority shall within ten days deliver such firearms, rifles, shotguns and machine guns and ammunition to the transferee or purchaser and due care shall be observed by the licensing authority in the receipt and holding of any such firearm, rifle, shotgun or machine gun and ammunition.”
So he should have any CCL revoked as well and any guns in his possession seized according to Massachusetts’ draconian gun law.
“A Democratic Congressman from Massachusetts is raising the stakes in the nation’s fight over the future of public employee unions, saying emails aren’t enough to show support and that it is time to “get a little bloody.”
Please. (Like I really need an excuse to buy more ammo. But it helps.

NICELY PLAYED!
“Every once and awhile you need to get out on the streets and get a little bloody when necessary,” Rep. Mike Capuano (D-Ma.) told a crowd in Boston on Tuesday rallying in solidarity for Wisconsin union members.”
So how is this not an incitement to riot? And liberal wonks have the nerve to call on us conservatives to be more civil. The Left’s true colors on display for all.
We have ample sound and video clips of Dems, from the president on down, actually making statements telling their listeners to get violent.
These clips are totally nonexistent for people like Palin, Rush, and Beck, but “common knowledge” states that they say things like this all the time. If you were to poll people on the street what politician said “Every once and awhile you need to get out on the streets and get a little bloody when necessary”, 90% would say a Republican did, with Palin getting most votes.
Glenn Beck has been warning of Progressives inciting violence for a long time. They want us to get violent so we can be crushed like the bugs we are. None of them want the circle-jerk to end where politicians promise unions our money in exchange for generous campaign donations. Stock up your pantry, fill your gas tank and load your guns.
This man is calling for murder to be committed in the streets of the USA. Why isn’t the MSM talking about this? What would they be doing if Sarah Palin said such a thing. It’s disgraceful. .
I don’t know what all the hubub is about, I have no problem with union/dem stooges getting bloodied in the streets, the more of them the merrier!!
He is just echoing Obama’s words: “If they bring a stick, we bring a gun”.
It’s not like Democrats and Unions are advocating violence to get their way, no wait….
Go hurt people, it’s for the CHILDREN damnit!
Bring it on down here to SC. We will show you exactly what it means to get down and dirty. Heck, we might even make you eat at the IHOP in Orangeburg on a weekend night so you can “fellowship” with your like minded “constituency”. As Hank Jr says…a country boy can survive!
remember haymarket square in chicago…?It became bloody, union members murdered by police, guess all that remains is a lowly statue.. and short history lessons.. lets not repeat that!
Collective bargaining has nothing to do with a balanced budget, the unions alreasy conceded with all request on issues. One only has to ask what that govenor really wants? Is he willing to give up his pensions, reduce his salary or the others in the legislature that want this?
