Top Union Chief Refuses to Condemn Protester Signs Comparing Gov. Walker to Hitler. . . UPDATE: Vid Added
The hypocrisy is mind-numbing.
(Fox News) — The head of one of the nation’s most powerful labor unions did not condemn the violent rhetoric in placards and signs held by union supporters demonstrating in Wisconsin despite two direct attempts Sunday to get him on the record declaring them inappropriate.
On several occasions over the past two weeks of demonstrations in the Wisconsin capital of Madison news media have zeroed in on signs that liken Republican Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker to Nazi leader Adolf Hitler and recently ousted Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak.
Appearing Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka was twice asked whether he found the tone at the nearly two-week long demonstrations “wrong” or “inappropriate.”
Trumka did not answer, instead saying, “We should be sitting down trying to create jobs. . . . In Wisconsin, a vast majority of the people think this governor has overreached. His popularity has gone down. They’re saying to him, sit down and negotiate; don’t do what you’ve been doing. So he’s losing.”

President Bush never stood up for himself, and caused the Left’s story to stand, resulting in large Dem victoried in the last two years of his presidency. The Republicans never stood up for the lies against Palin, causing a very capable governor to resign.
Unless manistream Republicans come out and condem this retoric and violence from the Left, and set the record straight, the Lef’t message to the MSM will become the story that gets repeated over and over. And you will lose in 2012 to a president who constantly defends himself, has the MSM and unions in his pocket and has unlimited foreign money at his control.
What Bumka said would make sense except for the last election. Walker spells out what he is going to do, if elected. This just in…………..Walker got elected! Where were the voters that disagreed with him? I get it, that “vast majority of voters” don’t vote in the election that matters, they only cast a vote according to what the union tells them. Not really, under “collective bargaining”, the union members don’t even get to vote, they rely on their union bosses to vote for them. What a crock, and I am not talking about cheese!

Unions are the new, hated evil rich people.
I was in a Union for nearly three years. The local president drove a BMW and wore enough gold chain to make “Mr. T” look like he was naked. I remember watching him drive away from the plant after a union rally and thought “there goes my dues.” The company folded, the plant changed hands twice since then, now all the employees are Hispanics making less than half the salary we made. You cannot get hired at the plant now unless you speak Spanish, because a majority of the employees cannot speak any English. I went on to better things so I’m not complaining for myself, but it concerns me this kind of stuff is going on all over the country. I don’t blame the Latinos for this. I blame the government for failing to do its job, and the union for being interested only in parasitism and company management for caring little for its employees, thus feeding into the union line. All three helped brew the problem that occurred.
Their dream is Hitler.. that’s why they produce their Freudian signs..
