The left is really ratcheting up the class warfare rhetoric these days. It’s almost like they’re trying to provoke something.
And then they see, uh, Republicans are very good at channeling that anger toward what? Government, immigrants, public employees. Well, an angry population and an angry populace could just as easily turn their anger toward the very rich. Again, it is in the interest of the people at the top to actually call for a more equitable distribution of the gains of economic growth and a better tax system: a tax system that is fair.

The left has gone ‘all-in’. If they cant secure a near monopoly on power for the Democratic party, which is what i think they’re after, then they are royally screwed after 2013.
They know that the House and Senate are already gone, but they believe they can bribe enough people, or scare enough people into supporting Obama in 2012.
The script for their behavior is on par with any current Hollywood production. There is 5% storyline, and 95% special effects that they hope will sell their work of fiction. Everything they do from now now until Nov. 2012 will involve sensationalism of some kind.

The Left always fail to mention that. Now when a Leftists starts in with ‘Republicans are the party of the rich’, I ask him/her to name me one Democrat Senator or Congressman or any member of Obama’s cabinet who is not a millionaire, multimillionaire or billionaire.
Next, I usually get the ‘Republicans are the party of corporate fatcats’. Now I ask him/her to name which corporation he/she hates: The Corporation for Public Broadcasting, ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, Google, NYT, LAT, WaPo, Huffington Post, any of George Soros’ corporations… etc.
That usually makes them stop and think for a few seconds. Then I get,
