Obama to Host White House Anti-Bullying Conference…
Priorities.
WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama will host a White House conference next week on preventing bullying.
The White House says the March 10 conference will bring together students, parents and educators to discuss ways to end bullying and make schools safer for students.
Aides say this is a personal issue for both the president and his wife, Michelle Obama. The president taped a message for the “It Gets Better Campaign” last fall following the deaths of several young people who were bullied for being gay.

When are they going to hold the Conference to End the Bullying of Taxpayers?
This is a personal issue for us taxpayers. There needs to be a discussion of the ways to end bullying and make bank accounts safer for taxpayers.

When I went to grade school n the 60′s, we had lots of bullies. It made you tough, diplomatic and resourceful.
Like America once was.

Uggghhh! My son’s school had the anti-bullying campaign one week and the very next week had an incident which actually encouraged bullying. 3 boys misbehaved and got the whole class in trouble. They all ganged up on the boys as a result. When I addressed this w/ the vice principal, he said that was how it was supposed to work. Since the kids were being taunted to get them to behave, it was called “positive peer reinforcement”. Typical Dems. It’s not bullying when they do it. I switched schools.

The Virginia Tech Shooting was the end result of this line of thinking. 35 victims, how many young fit males in those classrooms got shot? All it would take is five MEN, not meterosexuals, MEN to say to themselves, “I’m dead if I do nothing, I may live and others WILL LIVE if I do something” stand up and throw chairs, and bum rush the shooter. Sure a couple might die, BUT THEY DIED ANYWAY. Then the MEN take care of the shooter. Shooter gets less than 5 victims max.

Violence is a tool, entirely depended on individual who wields violence. Using violence to stop a rape, a murder, an assault, the VT Shooter, Hitler etc.. is a MORAL use of violence.

The way to deal with a bully is to DEAL with the bully. Either a punch in the nose on the playground, and the adults act like adults and discriminate between moral and immoral violence. It doesn’t take a Presidential Commission.

Clearly the teachers and school counselors need to deal with bullies, not the parents or victims who may over react and cause emotional damage to the offender. Everybody knows that bullies have fragile psyches and they must be dealt with professionally. Therefore, we are assigning one school psychologist for every 100 students to each public school. All children will receive counseling on bullying, gay and lesbian lifestyles, modern politics, and proper racial attitudes. Funds from the new stimulus package will cover the salaries and benefits of these new union members so there will be no increase in taxes. Allahu Akbar.

I went to Catholic grade school in the 60s. Student “bullying” was practically non-existent.
The Oblate Nuns, however, had grown-up in Italy under Mussolini.
THEY more than made up for the lack of student-body bullies …
