Lefty Icon Ralph Nader Calls for Obama to Be Impeached for “War Crimes”…
Nothing makes me happier than watching the left eat their own.
Former presidential candidate Ralph Nader says that President Obama should be impeached for committing war crimes in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The consumer advocate and former presidential candidate said in an interview that aired Friday that Obama has committed “war crimes” on the same level as President Bush.
“Why don’t we say what’s on the minds of many legal experts; that the Obama administration is committing war crimes and if Bush should have been impeached, Obama should be impeached,” Nader said in an interview with the anti-war Democracy Now! organization.
Nader’s comments came before the U.S. launched military strikes into Libya on Saturday but are among the toughest criticisms Obama has endured from the left.

BTW, as far as I understand, this is not an offense Obama can be impeached for. I thought he had 60 days to do what he wanted before Congress had to act. Same thing they were screaming about with Bush.

Hearing the call for impeachment come from other demented leftists, like Michael Moore and Dennis Kucinich, makes me happy. I’d hate for our guys to get tangled up in this.
Nader is fringe. A kool-aid drinker’s drinker. However I wouldn’t expect much of even the hard-core left to pick up on his call. Obama is the best they’ve had since Carter. They are not going to abandon him.

1) The only thing obumbler has ever said that I agree with was that politics is played between the 40 yard lines. We need to sway the center and we need a sizable majority to counter the voter fraud.
2) I thought it was 90 days, but you’re right. He doesn’t need Congress now but may have to justify his actions later. Watching the leftard blogs, they’re just guessing and making it up as they go. So much for the ‘educated elites’.

The 60 days or 90 days thing is extremely important, because the Left went absolutely crazy when it was Bush. So it adds yet another hypocrisy to the giant teetering tower of Liberal hypocrisies the Left have built since Obama took office.
1) Suddenly there is no screaming about a ‘rush to war’.
2) Suddenly he can have 60-90 days to do what he wants.
3) Suddenly there is no worry about circumventing Congress.
4) Suddenly there’s no more chants of ‘No Blood for Oil!”
I could go on, but I think we all see the Left have utterly and completely hurled their principles out the window.
