    Because he’s a Dictator at heart. He has all this power to play with and he’s showing us how he rolls with it. The US Constitution gets in his way and he does as he pleases. He acts like he’s pretty much following the pipe dream of a Rockerfeller and Ford Foundation Project. The CONSTITUTION of the NEWSTATES. (Google it if you like) Created over a good number of years, revised 40 times and at a cost of 40 million dollars. Read it and see if his actions aren’t similar to that described in that “God-damned piece of paper”. Under this constitution, it encourages the President of the US to comply with orders of the UN. This is really kind of eerie.
