OMGosh, Bush wasn’t my cup of tea either but he sure looks good compaired to the POS in our WH. Too bad they’re in the same club :(

For all his shortcomings (primarily his refusal to fight back against the Left), G.W. Bush was a real man, a fine gentleman, and a great patriot.

Stars and Stripes Forever…the song is probably too overtly American for Barack Obama. It might offend our enemies.

Oh lordy….I remember this well without watching, talk about getting teary-eyed, I’ll have to watch this again after I get done with a few things to close the night out with…and smile.

    Thanks ~

Bush’s liberal spending got the Republicans thrown out, which was also their own fault for not fighting back.

In addition he said one of his big regrets was not passing an amnesty for millions of foreign lawbreakers.

No I don’t miss him one little bit.

I think bush was a good man. He should never ever have been president. He was not a leader. He was too busy trying to be “liked”. Oh, and the War on Terror… about as retarded as a war on box cutters or war on aviation. It is a war against muslims!

    I have never missed him.

    Zip,
Nice post, and I agree with you.

George is a humble man, secure in his own skin.
At times, “Dubya” came across as a dolt, but at least we knew he was our dolt.

He knew that there were 50 states, not Obama’s 57.

And then there is this classic….
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xIHz5tevLAw

I don’t give a crap about what anyone says about Bush. He LOVED this country and LOVED our military. He and Miss Laura have more class, taste, style, and grace in their little toes than obama and the wookie will have combined in their life time. There is simply no comparison between the two men. Yeah, I miss George. Thanks for the video, nice one to hit the rack on.

He was not a very good President. But at least the man was a human being, and not something out of Disney’s Animatronics studio.

Having said that, I ask the question I find myself asking every day: Where is Thomas Jefferson when we really need him?

  17. stratomaster says:

I think he was a strong leader. I always felt he would be judged differently by history.

It’s funny he didn’t have to wait long. Two years of Obama has changed a lot of peoples views on Bush.

Leader? There is no “leadership!” ayatollah hussein soetoro obastard commands Acorn employees, Democrats, and news reporters, and they obey.

obastard’s leader was the late Stalinist, Saul Alinsky.
Today, obastard is led by Cass Sunstein, Van Jones, Bill Reid, and George Soros.

I’ll put it this way there was some things about Bush I didn’t like politically but he was a true American and I wouldn’t mind having a beer with him.

Obama I don’t like his policies or who he is as a human being.

  22. Gault Falcon says:

God this guy was a disgrace to Conservative movement. Set us back 100 years in this country. It is his crappy leadership that has given us BO.

@Greg. I met him 3 years ago at a fundraiser for the a Senate seat in my state. He is a totally decent human being. He comes off as being completely humble and down to earth. It takes more than that to be the leader of the free world. He just didn’t have it.

I hope he is happy. I’m not.

Nice. I like GWB the man, as the POTUS, not so much, but I’d still take him over the Obama-nation we have in the Whitehouse right now.

Pretty much all of the reasons have already been stated above by others, but there is no doubt that GWB really loves our country and our military.

Not to mention, GWB could actually hurl a baseball to, unlike the testosterone challenged beta wimp we now have as president.

    To all :
“that don’t agree with everything he did” and
“he set us back 100 years”
“He was not a very good President”

    Let me add this:

Hussein was touted as the “great healer”, the messiah. He gave speeches in Cairo and Berlin and the world swooned as if he was bridging all gaps and healing the earth. Since then the USA has experienced the underwear bomber, the FT. Hood shooter, the Times Square Bomber, the Army recruiter shooting (forgive me I can’t recall the location), the shooting of Congresswoman Giffords, Egypt falling and his vacilating reponse, Libya falling apart and his vacilating response yet there are still LEFTARDS that support this INCOMPETENT son-of-a-bitch!

I miss him more and more every day. And I missed him the moment he left the WH. He did everything he could to protect us. When our financial world was threatened to be destroyed and the Islam world was laughing and celebrating after 9/11 (and threatening to hit us again), he stood strong and helped heal our financial world and kept us secure. He loves our country. He never hid it.

He was very strong in the areas that I feel the strongest about . . . our social issues lead my decisions. In those areas, he led the way I want our President to lead.

Bush weighed his decisions heavily, through a experienced strong cabinet, with prayer, and belief in America & her people.

BO is presented through his handlers, TOTUS 1&2, that have a bigger agenda of destroying this country.

Bush was a real man who cared for others and had a deep respect for his office. The present loser is a girl who cares only for herself and views thePresidency as a vehicle to have some fun for awhile with a big cash payout later. GW will stand the light of history well after all the liberal academics die off, I have no doubt. The critics here should read his book to see how a humane leader deals with his failures and his triumphs, without hating his enemies or blaming his lieutenants or congratulating himself for being alive like our resident clown .

  40. Hidajunshin says:
