I don’t see us so different then Japan. Metaphorically we too have been hit with a 9.1 financial earthquake and 23-foot political tsunamis both have been destructive but they have also done one good thing.
Exposed all these people for who they really are and what their plans have been all along for America and that is complete and utter destruction.

As a Pro-Photographer whether I like the person in the pic or not that is exactly the shot I would go for. It’s a money shot and frankly those are 2 great shots, perfect framing, great lighting, great expression of arrogance.
I’m not an Obama fan but please stop bashing the Great photography done by hardworking people. How would you feel if someone was bashing your hard work?

I spent 11 years as a Professional Photographer and member of the PPA you know what? Those pics piss me off as a professional I would rather get the picture that tells the truth not some fluff shot that ANYONE can take.
My work speaks for it’s self. As does this.. The Photographer wanted to present Obama in a pleasing fashion therefore is bias and on the wrong side of the fight to the Right.
I have been in print many times and I would never submit such as puff piece anyone could take or fake.
Get the tough shot the one no one else has make it a better picture then the next guy not the same one over and over again.
If the shot was to hard and wonderfully exposed then why in the world are the 400.000 more just like it floating around the world?

If the picture is flipped, why are the blemishes different? Why is the head positioned differently? Why is the tie knot different? Etc.?
The Eye
All you have to do get that shot is use a longer not a wide angle. Portrait lens is what they call it or 70 to a 250 will work.
Pull in on the foreground Obama and the background will blur make sure he is by the seal and you get your halo. Want to keep the seal in focus shoot more for infinity foreground and background stay’s sharp.
The lights are already set up to give obama the best lighting for his skin tone and to make him look good no matter what..
It’s a pretty hard shot to fuck up to be honest.
It would be great if he would come to NJ and speak in front of a NJ Devils logo……………heh heh
The bottom shot is a closer up shot then the first one. You start to see some distortion in Obama’s face. He is flatting out more and you see up he nose more as well.

The photographer has to deliberately position himself to get that particular angle; and then either he or the AP editor has to decide to blur the Seal via Photoshop.
