The expression on this soldier’s face as he looks back at his wounded friend really struck a nerve with me.

God Bless all of our warriors.
Thanks Zip. You always make my day with these pictures.
Would that our precious troops could serve under a real leader…….
God Bless them all!
The wounded soldier is most likely not from the avaiation units. Dustofff comes to get the wounded from the Combat arms units.
My grandson was injured yesterday, when an ied blew up under his vehicle. I am told he will be ok, and I wonder if he is one of the soldiers? Thanks for the pictures. There is a war going on in Iraq and Afghanistan, even though the media appears to have forgotten.
The best we have!! Stay safe!

Hope your GS is ok and recovers fully. Thank him for his service from me. He is a real man.

My family’s prayers go out for your grandson. My daughter is also stationed in Kandahar.
Heroes!
Hope your grandson is OK and thank him for his HONOR and SERVICE. Believe it or not I got a call on the morning of the 28th and was informed that my son was injured by a IED and the soldier bieng carried in the photos above is my son. There is a couple more pictures on another site that shows his face in the Blackhawk. I was relieved to see that everything is in place and hopefully nothing seriously injured. ALL OF THE SOLDIERS ARE IN OUR PRAYERS.
