Mitt Romney: Barack Obama Was Born Here. Period.
Mitt may have an ulterior motive, his father (who ran for President in the 1960s) was born in a Mormon colony in Mexico because his grandfather fled the US after polygamy was outlawed in America.
(Politico) — Mitt Romney forcefully said Tuesday night that he believes President Barack Obama was born in America and that “the citizenship test has been passed.”
“I think the citizenship test has been passed. I believe the president was born in the United States. There are real reasons to get this guy out of office,” Romney told CNBC’s Larry Kudlow the day after he formally announced that he’s exploring a run for the White House. “The man needs to be taken out of office but his citizenship isn’t the reason why.”
Kudlow asked Romney about the issue because Donald Trump — the billionaire real estate mogul — has been all over TV questioning whether Obama was really born in in the United States and is therefore constitutionally allowed to hold the nation’s highest office. Trump’s claims have driven the “birther” issue back into the national spotlight — and a recent Fox News poll found that 24 percent of voters believe Obama wasn’t born in the United States, while 10 percent aren’t sure.
In the wide-ranging interview with Kudlow — Romney’s first TV appearance and press interview since announcing his exploratory committee — the former Masachusetts governor stood up for his record on health care, taxes and other issues.

The birther questions originally arose out of the Clinton campaign – FACT, the Democrat libs planted the seeds.
Regardless of where Obama was born there are a multitude of other legal questions as to the legitimacy of his citizenship due to his misplaced childhood a mother that was a minor at the time of birth and the protocol of our immigration laws with respect to his father’s citizenry. I would agree that as a child being taken to Indonesia to gain citizenship and attend a Muslim school he would have no choice in the matter, however if upon return to the United States, he as an adult took or received ANY federal loans, grants or other gratuities under the guise of a foreign student or dual citizenship, well now that would be the million dollar question I would like answered…for that would be fraud.

George Romney, Mitt’s father, ran for president in 1968. He was vetted by the U.S. Congress and found to be Natural Born because, although born in Mexico, he was born to 2 U.S. citizen parents. If born in the U.S. he would have been declared Native Born.
Barack was not born to two U.S. citizen parents, in fact, he was probably of dual -nationality because his father was a British citizen.
Unless he applied to get back his U.S. citizenship by age 18, he could still be a citizen of Indonesia.
Why doesn’t he produce his long form birth certificate? Why is he paying millions to lawyers to keep it sealed?
