Boehner last week: the budget deal “eliminates the salaries and expenses of the “czars”’ — Boehner this week: “It’s not surprising that the White House . . . is objecting to eliminating them”

Let me interpret this for you: Candy-ass Boehner used elimination of the czars as a selling point to foist the budget deal on the American people even though he fully expected Obama to ditch that part of the deal.

(The Hill) — In selling this week’s spending cut vote to his members, Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) touted the fact that he was able to get the White House to agree to a rider defunding four “czars.”

Obama pulled the rug out from under that provision on Friday by issuing a signing statement that said in accordance with the separation of powers he will continue to employ advisers as he sees fit.

Boehner’s office is not surprised Obama found a way to circumvent Congress, according to a staffer.

“It’s not surprising that the White House, having bypassed Congress to empower these ‘Czars’ is objecting to eliminating them,” Michael Steel, spokesman for Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) said.

The rider in the 2011 spending bill, which cut non-defense appropriations by $39.9 billion compared to 2010, forbids funding for the healthcare, auto, climate change and urban affairs advisers known as “czars.”

In an April 12 “Speaker Alert” Boehner’s office cited the rider as one of 17 reasons to support the deal.

In accordance with the separation of powers, Obama must ask the Senate to confirm his ‘appointments’.

I just got a call from Boehner’s lackey a little while ago begging for money.

I told her after last Friday’s deal I had contacted the GOP and told them they aren’t getting a dime from me.

I told her you can’t compromise with radicals like Obama.

And to pass it on to the moron Boehner.

I guarantee you Boehner knew this was going to happen.

    Asshole.

Maybe this is what John wanted obama to do to show the rest if the silly Repubs you can’t deal with a snake.

Of maybe he’s a candy-ass wimp… I don’t know yet, lets see if he gets pissed finds his balls and takes obama down.. could be fun at least more of us are riled up yes?

We will never fall for obama’s crap or the best part, anyone else like him again.
Hard lesson to learn but we are and we are going to be so much stronger for it.

Don’t get me wrong, I fucking hate what’s going on and would love nothing more then to see obama with a pair of silver shackles on his ugly ass body and the wookie working in the laundry room of the a woman’s federal prison but until ALL AMERICAN CATCHES ON we are stuck. So lets learn and NEVER LET ANYONE LIKE OBAMA ANYWHERE NEAR PUBLIC OFFICE AGAIN..

Just goes to PROVE the point that ALL of the politicians are corrupt UNTIL they prove otherwise. So people hate Trump because of his past flip flops and positions. Well, he’s no worse than the others. Maybe those TBN people he’s been hanging out with have moved him toward the light. Maybe not. But right now all we have is what they say. ACTIONS not WORDS!

Nothing will “ever” change in Washington until these same old politicans are voted out of office! When will the American people figure out it’s the carreer politicians that are the problem. Granted most of us here already know this! I’m just amazed that some of my own family ask me “what wrong with Lindsey Graham, i like him.” That’s all it takes to set me off on a rant! There is a lot of people out there that are totally ignorant to whats going on. Shame on Boehner, he’s a Washington insider, no surprize here!

  39. Rhymes With Right says:

I’ve got no problem with a signing statement that says “here’s how I’m going to interpret this law” or “here’s how I’m going to direct my subordinates to apply this statute.” Those are, generally, legitimate uses of the signing statement./executive order power of the president to oversee the operations of the executive branch.

The problem comes here with his statement that he plans on ignoring a section of a statute eliminating federal spending for a certain purpose. Obama indicates he will ignore that. Implicit in this is his claim that he has the power to order spending from the federal treasury of funds not appropriated by Congress. That flies in the face of the express constitutional language which prohibits the expenditure of funds not appropriated as well as the language of the law he just signed. And that, my friends, constitutes an impeachable offense — and, I believe, a federal felony for which the Kenyan’s son, the treasury secretary, and any recipient of those funds can be prosecuted.

When Barack Obama is towering over his audience while at Teleprompter, he takes full advantage of issuing fabricated criticism about Republicans and their lack of cooperation. Yet, Obama is incapable of making a decision or promise without following thru and delivering as said.

The divisions that Barack has created between Black & White, Union & Corporate is a bonus added to the destruction of our Economy. Only the Antichrist could cause as much or more destruction.
