King Demands Answers From Holder on Decision Not to Prosecute CAIR and Other Unindicted Co-Conspirators in Holy Land Terror Case
Thanks to Patrick Poole’s recent investigations into the DOJ scuttling terror cases because of politics related to Obama’s “outreach” to Muslims.

Don’t hold your breath waiting for an answer, Congressman.

King (R-NY), Chairman of the Committee on Homeland Security, has demanded an explanation from Attorney General Eric Holder as to why he decided not to prosecute the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), its co-founder Omar Ahmad, and other named unindicted co-conspirators in the Hamas terror finance case, United States v. Holy Land Foundation. The other unindicted co-conspirators include the Islamic Society of North America and the North American Islamic Trust.
In a letter to Holder, King wrote: “I have been reliably informed that the decision not to seek indictments of the Council on American Islamic Relations (“CAIR”) and its co-founder Omar Ahmad, the Islamic Society of North America (“ISNA”), and the North American Islamic Trust (“NAIT”), was usurped by high-ranking officials at Department of Justice headquarters over the vehement and stated objections of special agents and supervisors of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, as well as the prosecutors at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Dallas, who had investigated and successfully prosecuted the Holy Land Foundation case. Their opposition to this decision raises serious doubt that the decision not to prosecute was a valid exercise of prosecutorial discretion.”

Perhaps because they are Traitors and Proud of it.
Traitor in chief: Our historical enemies are now his friends and our reliable friends are now enemies.
King should already know the answer to his question after the NBP ruling. This is no longer The Department of Justice, it’s The Department of Social Justice.
The New Black Panthers identify themselves as mo-slums…
that’s the real reason they got a pass
Now we know where many of the “grassroots” donations to B.O.’s election campaign came from.
We all know the answer. The real question is, does this rise to a level of crime.
In my mind, of course it does. Any number of charges could be leveled by the Congress.
Grab him by the fkn neck and shake the answers outta his commie muzzie lovin ass
Well, Bush’s DOJ didn’t prosecute them either. Can you see how far reaching the problem is?
