Why do people continue to say, ” I disagree with his policies, but he’s really smart.” He is incredibly stupid to say this stuff and the media is corrupt for letting him get away with it. Notice he didn’t say that the government actually tripled (or quadrupled) the border patrol (because they did no such thing), he just said that’s what Republicans have ASKED for.
Obama’s hoping the sheeple listening to him think that the government has actually done those things, so that the “alligators in a moat” request would seem unreasonable.
Frankly, the moat of alligators would probably be relatively cheap comparing to increasing the number of cops and likely a much bigger deterrent and a deterrent that would stretch over a larger area (because you never know if they’re under the water where you cross). I think he’s onto something.

The US Census Bureau 2000 data indicate that 700,000 to 800,000 illegal aliens have settled in the U.S. each year, with between 13 to 20 million illegal aliens now currently living in the United States The amnesty of 1986 was supposed to be a accepted just “One time” with no more in the future, but it was a failure with considerable fraud attached to it.
Yet since 1986, Congress passed a total of 7 amnesties for illegal aliens, which includes the 1986 Amnesty. 2. Including Section 245(i) The Amnesty of 1994 as a temporary progressive amnesty for 578,000 illegal aliens; 3. Section 245(i) The Extension Amnesty of 1997, which was an extension of the progressive amnesty created in 1994; 4. His insulting use of the word “they” as in “they wanted a fence” and then “they wanted more border guards.” He couldn’t possibly be talking to the beleaguered citizens of El Paso, could he?
