RINO Sen. Scott Brown Calls Mitt Romney “Courageous” For Defending RomneyCare…

Most people call it political suicide.

(The Hill) — Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney’s (R) healthcare speech drew quick support from fellow Bay State Sen. Scott Brown (R), who called Romney’s defense of the state’s healthcare plan “courageous.”

Brown, who’s up for reelection in the typically Democratic state next fall, offered Romney political reinforcement following the former governor’s highly anticipated healthcare speech on Thursday.

“Governor Romney showed a lot of courage today by standing his ground on the reforms he put in place in Massachusetts,” Brown said in a statement. “What he did as governor worked for Massachusetts by getting health insurance to more people.”

Brown’s on the record as supporting Romney in the Republican presidential primary, and the two share a largely overlapping political operation based in Boston.

Romney refused to apologize for the state healthcare plan he signed into law as governor, despite conservatives’ complaint that it compares largely to the reform law President Obama signed last year.

Evidently Scott shortened his name to Brown from the popular Olde English Brownnosing from a few hundred years ago.

I am done with both these jerks.

Anybody who calls MassCare is either a marxist at heart or dumber than dirt. There are no metrics by which MassCare has done what it was touted to.

Romney’s vow to hand out waivers to ObamaCare immediately is a headfake. He suffers, I agree with the WSJ, from the same conceit of Obama, that he and the right group of smarties can solve any problem, any time, anywhere better than giving freedom to the unwashed to choose.

An elitist snob and by these measures, no smarter or honest about his intentions than Obama, who has pushed the bar much lower as to smarts or honesty.

    ‘eff him and his horse.

what’s the point if they all agree with the dems? the dem. party is now run with disciples of saul alinksky and loath the US consitution and the founding father’s vision of America. Why both with either side of politicians if they both belive in the same thing?

Scott Brown wasn’t going to be anything but a RINO. He should be thought of a moderate democrat…a heck of a lot better than Ted Kennedy. But Massachusetts wasn’t going to be electing a Rand Paul.

In contrast, why does South Carolina elect the worthless RINO Lindsay Graham when they have a great senator like Jim Demint?

Newt might be doing it to punch up sales for a future book/doorstop. Trump for a book or reality show. Mitt? Simply because he is a RINO and Masshole. McCain? I live in AZ. He is toast and has won his last election anyway.
