Is he referring to him personally? If so, does re realize Ireland is not part of the UK (like Northern Ireland is)?
Is he referring to him being of Kenyan decent which at the time of his birth was under British rule?

Having taken a few courses in handwriting analysis, I was glued to the TV when a graphologist analyzed Urkel’s signature early on in his presiduncy. He said the strike through the O was a rejection of his father. I’m having a hard time believing that one.
