Weinergate: CNN Reports Rep. Weiner Lawyers Up Instead of Asking For FBI Investigation Into “Hacking”…

Admission of guilt.

Via BreitbartTV:

CNN’s John King asks a great question: “There’s one way the congressman could try to put this to rest, and that would be to call the Capitol Police or call the FBI and say ‘come on in, please launch an investigation because I was hacked.’ Why hasn’t he done that?”

According to Dana Bash, Rep. Weiner’s office did not respond to that question but informed CNN that the congressman instead has hired a lawyer.

As John King says: “Curious.”

Look as if there is trouble in Bedrock. I wonder if he was drunk and just made a real stupid mistake?

Either way it does not look good for his credibility. Did he have any in the first place?

Weiner’s been had, thats why he’s not calling for an investigation. Most of us know the little dick scumbag, would have called for an investiagtion so fast it would have made our heads spin, had it been anyone other than himself. He’d also be blaming on the republicans….

Forget this. What woman, no matter how depraved, would have anything to do with the little turd?

    ..or it could be ‘Weinifried!’

    Either way…too much fun.

I wonder what else is on his computer? Perhaps there should be a nice in depth forensic investigation into his hard drive. I wonder what treasures that would yield?

    @ S.F. Prospector,

“He’s gone by Friday.” If he were a Republican that would be true. But he is a Democrat. He will end up in a high cabinet position.

I don’t know about the “if he was a repub…” meme. If John King even is asking the right questions, it looks like this could move fast. It’s not difficult to imagine he has pissed off a lot of people and this kind of behavior sounds pretty out of control. For sure we’ll soon see the “good wife standing by her creepy husband” statement any day now.

If you have treated any women badly in the past, Senator Weiner, this may be the opportunity they’ve been waiting for. :)

In an earlier thread, I said that Weiner was innocent until proven guilty, he very well may have been hacked. This is really an odd way for an innocent victim of hacking to handle it. So, I’d say he is toast by the weekend. And that’s fine, because he is mean, nasty little guy whenever I’ve seen him interviewed.

At this point I’m inclined to believe the hack story. I’ve have personally seen various facebook friends get hacked from time to time. It goes like this: All of a sudden, out of the blue, you see a post from a friend that is completely out of character and may involve inappropriate photos or some other stupid scam. You immediately know that they were somehow hacked or their account was somehow otherwise compromised and you don’t really think twice about it other than to delete the post and report it as spam. I’m just saying that if it happened to my account my response would probably be to delete the posts and change my password. I don’t think I would call the police and demand an investigation. If I were a public figure, I can easily see why I might want to hire an attorney to decide how to handle the exploding controversy.
