   In a free society, those 71% may give away their wealth as they see fit. In a socialist society, we are all equally screwed. Except that most of us will be more equally screwed than those that rule us.

   When I was making only 20k per year, there was NO WAY I expected anything from other folks, or especially the government. Too many folks are too lazy to get off their butts and earn a living, that is white, black, hispanic, pink, and green polka dotted folks. I don’t make a lot, buy I’ll be danged if I like the government in my pocket any more than any other normal and sane person.

   Yeah, the Dems are all for redistributing wealth, as long as it’s not theirs….like Maggie Thatcher said, socialism works great, until they run out of other people’s money….little do these libbies realize that the socialist monster they’re so keen on creating will someday come for them, too…..

   WOW! Statistics! I would think 100% of NON-LEACHES would state “should not”. So what is included in the sample? Food Stamp recipients? Communists?
   ILLEGAL ALIENS, AMERICANS? Must have sampled only “likely Democratic or highly leaning, RINO’s, and people who said they were broke or poor”. NOPE! They sampled 100% MORONS, a subset of each SUBGROUP defined. !

    No, equality before the (tax) law: 21%.

    That’s funny. They don’t feel that way about so-called gay marriage. They claim equality before the war is required. Oh well, consistency is supposed to be the hobgoblin of little minds.

    Don’t you just love the titles of the columns… that is what is called manipulating the poll. The question is should the tax rate for high incomes be raised to provide more revenue and help reduce the deficit? It’s not about redistribution of wealth.. that is just some means to change the necessary discussion.
