Sen. Scott Brown’s Journalist Wife Rips MSM’s “Sexist” Coverage Of Sarah Palin…

I think I like her better than her husband.

(The Hill) — Sen. Scott Brown (R-Mass.) has drawn his share of unflattering news coverage, but it’s the journalist in his family who is the more outspoken media critic.

Brown’s wife of nearly 25 years, Gail Huff, is a longtime television reporter who now works for ABC’s Washington affiliate. When the couple appeared together at a Newseum event Saturday on politics and the media, Huff sharply criticized political coverage in the Beltway, particularly involving Sarah Palin, the former Alaska governor and 2008 vice presidential nominee.

“I thought the coverage of her when she was on the ticket was sexist,” Huff said in response to a question from the moderator. “I found it difficult many times to watch. The kind of questions she was asked were very different than the kind of questions [Sen. John] McCain was asked.”

Palin faced intense criticism during that campaign following a shaky interview with CBS Evening News anchor Katie Couric, when she struggled to answer a question about what newspapers she read.

“Part of that I understand is cultural and social. But still, we as journalists have to be above that,” Huff said. “We have to ask the important questions.”

She said the media should “back off [Palin] coverage unless she decides to be a candidate.”

Browns wife has bigger balls than he does which isn’t hard since lately he appears to have none.

Glad she is taking the MSM to task although I do not think it is sexist in nature, its philosophical in nature. The MSM hates Sarah not because she is a woman but because she is a conservative.

I’m guessing there’s a huge fight at home tonight. She’s saying here is what you do, and he’s saying “this is what Barneys constituents” say we should do . This guy is really disturbed…After all the money from our coffers went into this idiot he turned around and said “gottcha”. Never again, wake up…

    OPPOSITES REALLY DO ATTRACT!

Brown’s wife is one of many who, after the e-mails were read, realized what a class act Sarah Palin rally is.

    Good for her!

It’s easy to see who has the class in this family….When Scott Brown won
the seat of another dead Kennedy that night i was so excited and what a
waste of energy on my part….

This moron is no better then the twins Snow and Collins or Barney Frank,
Just a better looking wife and some nice kids as his family……

You are so right Duckhead, Ms. Sarah is all class and a beautiful woman
who will make a wonderful president..//

“I think I like her better than her husband.”

She is better looking, much nicer is all places. Evidently can also actually think.

I must agree with your evaluation.

So far the LSM has taken a massive financial hit over acting like they had a bitch in heat finding such was but a scent she can now use at will to continue to display how foolish and worthless they really have become!

Not to be the fly in the ointment here, but what did you all think you were going to get from the Commonwealth of MA? And as a former resident familiar with who Senator Brown ran against, he is much, much better than the alternative. Do I wish he was more conservative, of course I do, but reality would say otherwise.

MA is a state that often has as many or more Green Party candidates on the ballot than Republicans. Brown has a constituency that is disproportionally populated by moonbats of a very high order, in a state where the moonbat population is inordinately high in the first place. Those of you who live in states where reason prevails can’t possibly comprehend how imbecilic the voters in MA are—-suffice to say that Governor Deval Patrick, who has done for MA what his good buddy President Obama has done for the USA, was re-elected to a second term. ‘Nuff said ?

If you want to see more of Mrs Brown, she was in a music video from the 80″s. The mysterious woman from the video is her. After watching I like her more than I did before.

I am but a few who think Sarah Palin did not struggle with the question of what magazines she read. Sarah was a little edgy during the interview because of the restraints that were placed on her by the Mc Cain campaign. She was not allowed to blossom out and be herself. She has indeed gained more confidence in the last two plus years. Give mrs Brown credit for half effort.

Funny how none of the things said about Sarah could be said about Obama-without shouts of racism being uttered. Sure, say Sarah is dumb-but Obama is smart. Sarah has no experience-but Obama did not need experience. I’m not sure if it is sexism, it might just be a case where the media has to tear her down to build Obama up. Too bad for them that it just makes Obama look like a special needs president who can’t handle any honest evaluation of his ability.
