Gazillionaire Mitt Romney: “I’m Also Unemployed”…

Good job, Mitt.

(The Hill) — Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney (R) risked looking as though he had a tin ear when telling out-of-work Floridians Thursday that he’s also unemployed.

Romney, a Republican presidential candidate and a millionaire many times over, sought to empathize with voters in Tampa facing economic hardship.

“I’m also unemployed,” he said, as reported by the New York Times.

I’m unemployed Mitt. But unlike you I don’t have millions, in fact I barely have enough to feed my family. Do yourself a favor and keep your idiotic comments to yourself. Don’t get me wrong, I’m happy you have money but please don’t cast yourself out to be poor.

This guy needs to sidelined – FAST!

The Beltway GOP, the Dems, the media and the pollsters are pushing him to the front the way they pushed McRINO. We can’t let this happen again!

Thomas Jefferson / Ronald Reagan – 2012! Yeah!

@Redwine – Sadly, alot of radio personality morons are pushing him as well. Michael Savage, Michael Medved, etc.
Cant tell me theres not some money behind that.
They preach nonstop about values, and how bad RINOs are, then they push Romney???? The man thinks Obamacare isnt bad (actions speak louder than words) and has flipflopped more than a cook at IHOP.

Yeah, even the talk radio aholes seem to be bought and paid for.

Be kind to this piece of Mitt! He has been a moron since childhood, don’t try to use this “unscripted moment” against him. This was a hand-me-down from ” no lo contendere” Romney, his corrupted father.

True. Medved is a known RINO. I think that money may be involved, but, at least in Medved’s case, he’s just a plain up-and-down RINO, and Romney suits his ideology. It’s a Fox News problem, too.

    because us rubes… don’t know no better…

won’t the LSM be surprised by the “unprecedented” win by another candidate

a candidate that we the people choose….not one forced onto us

It will be a tragic mistake to elect this fraud–the telling evidence is his endorsement of Cap and Trade. Those parties that will reap enormous profits if this is passed (Soros, Gore, the UN dude, etc.) realise their window of opportunity is closing–the earth is actually Cooling–they must ram this through no matter what. DO NOT TRUST THIS PHONY!!!!

No, absolutely not Mitt Romney. He’s too much just another inside-the-beltway mentality.

Remember when he said during the debate that he would sign an executive order on his first day in office to grant a waiver to all 50 states?

That’s not nearly enough! It leaves the entire entrenched bureaucracy that goes along with it in place. It leaves IPAB in place. Etc, etc, etc.

And that executive order does absolutely nothing to create a market environment that will add consumer choice or help doctors avoid frivolous lawsuits.

I don’t think Mitt’s answer during the debate was very good. And I don’t want him as POTUS.

Ya know, I’m REALLY, REALLY tired of all their jokes! They are NOT funny. This country is in a mess – people are worrying and hurting. We don’t need COMEDIANS we need strong LEADERS! I’m so sick of the whole mess in DC. Today I read that Issa and West both voted AGAINST blocking more funds for the Pigford lawsuit. I am astounded by that. Does someone have “Weiner” type pictures of them? WTF!

  27. That Guy says:
    June 16, 2011 at 6:59 pm

Perhaps he’s recognizing that being a politician is not a real line of work. Let me explain: politicians, whether we like them or not, do not add value to the economy, and their policies do not necessarily do this either. Mitt Romney should expound upon how politicians are, in actuality, locked in a parasitic relationship with the United States’ economy. We, the taxpayers, pay their salaries, pay for their apartments, gym, and health insurance. We pay their pensions. And we pay for their policies to be implemented.

He gets the nomination, I sit at home on election night, drinking like a fish, burying money in canning jars in my field, dehydrating everything I can get my hands on, loading all of the brass I have (emphasis on hollow points), prepping my oil/gas well to produce NG and white gas and tilling my garden plot and expanding it by 500% for survival reasons.

Republicans, the party that can snatch defeat out of the jaws of victory!!!
