Christianity has a miserable record when it comes to antisemitism. I should know, I’m of Jewish ancestry, despite being skeptical of religion. Some of my ancestors were dhimmis, so I’m very much aware of the antisemitism rife within Islam as well.
She may believe in Christianity, and the american economy; but is there anything wrong with that? Consider Michelle Obama who had not believed in america until just a few years ago “when she said she ” was proud to be an american for the first time”. At least Bachman never hated her country and was ashamed of it, living here in the states her whole life like the other candidate who lived in indonesia, Obama. Careful labeling anything that comes down the pipe as “Christianity”. Please examine the New Testament vs. the Quran. If someone claiming to be a Christian hates Jews, I would take them to the task of trying to reconcile that with the fact that Jesus was born a Jew, the entire NT was written by Jews…and NT scripture commands gentile believers to honor & support Jews.
