CAIR Loses Its IRS Tax Exempt Status, Website Still Touts Donations As Tax Deductible…
Saudi Arabia’s petro-dollars hardest hit.
(IPT) — Donations to the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) no longer are tax deductible after the organization was among 275,000 tax-exempt organizations purged earlier this month by the Internal Revenue Service.
The groups failed to file required annual reports, known as form 990s, detailing their revenues and expenses, for three consecutive years. CAIR had been a non-profit on its own, but in 2007, the IRS approved a separate tax-exempt CAIR Foundation. The foundation never filed any subsequent reports. Both the foundation and CAIR national are on the purge list.
CAIR has 30 state chapters throughout the country, many of which have their own non-profit designations which remain active.
While the IRS believes most of the organizations stripped of status have shut down, those still operating can apply for reinstatement. Meanwhile, CAIR’s web site continues to solicit donations by touting them as tax deductible two weeks after the IRS issued the list and notifications were sent to all 275,000 purged groups.

Now if the feds would get smart and just declare them an anti-American and terrorist organization, arrest and/or deport all its members we could feel a little bit better.
What does it matter when the federal gov’t supports them and gives money? I really don’t think the IRS will follow up, somehow islam always falls through the cracks when it comes to obeying our laws.

About damned time…now to get rid of the enemy within would be the next step, we had better get a Prez with guts this time…along with a congress as well.
This is a good start. Now we need to classify them as them as the terrorists they are and we’ll be good.
All they have to do is file the annual report and they will be reinstated. What is more important is how they qualify for tax-exempt status in the first place.
This organization has been declared by the FBI as a front for terrorist organizations. Holy crap, what else does it take to shut them down.

They didn’t file their annual reports for three years? I wonder why other than to conceal unlawful transactions and how much money donated was wired to foreign interests overseas who would launder it and direct it to killing Americans.

Well that’s a good first step, the second would be forensic audit of their books all chapters of CAIR and their political Islamists twits. Frankly I don’t know why they’d be given charitable status, they are the political arm of Sharia Law and not a religious organization.
Classify them as terrorists and ship them off to Gitmo.
