Sarah Palin Says Her Celebrity Critics Are “Full of Hate”…

(Guardian) — US politician Sarah Palin described her Hollywood critics as “full of hate” following the world premiere of her new documentary The Undefeated in Iowa last night.
Film-maker Stephen K Bannon’s hagiographical portrayal of Sarah Palin opens with several minutes of footage in which various well-known figures in film and US television offer scathing, often expletive-ridden verdicts on the former Alaska governor and darling of the American right, who is said to be weighing up a tilt at the US presidency next year. Their angry comments are interspersed with news footage of an effigy of Palin being hanged. Among those to be represented are Matt Damon (who likens Palin to “a really bad Disney movie”), Madonna, comic Bill Maher and talk-show hosts David Letterman and Howard Stern.
Speaking to the Hollywood Reporter following the screening at a historic opera house in the small town of Pella, Iowa, Palin said it was the first time she had seen the footage. “It makes you want to reach out to some of these folks and say, ‘What’s your problem? And what was the problem? And what is the problem?’” she said. “What would make a celebrity, like you saw on screen, so hate someone that they’d seek their destruction, their death, the death of their children? What would make someone be so full of hate and, I guess, a sense of being threatened that they would want to see that person destroyed?”
Letterman describes Palin as “slutty” in the footage, while Maher calls her a “dumb twat” on his TV show. Madonna screams “Sarah fucking Palin” while performing at a concert and various other entertainers variously label her a “slut”, “bitch” or use the term “hate” to describe their feelings about her. As the footage ends, a verse from the Bible appears on the screen: “By their fruits ye shall know them.”

I love all the Palin supporters who use the “they fear her” line. The only thing we fear is having a complete moron in the White House. People used to say Bush was dumb, but I think he’s smarter than many people think, at least compared to Palin. Compared to her he’s a brain surgeon.
As for the celebrities being full of hate, I think that’s sort of the pot calling the kettle black. Palin is probably the most hateful and negative person involved in politics today. Her supporters just don’t notice it because they agree with all the negative things she says, but if anybody says something about her, then it’s out of line. Hate is hate, regardless of who or what it is directed at. If you take a truly unbiased look at her, you’ll see that she thrives on drama and conflict, something we don’t need out of a leader.
How can you expect somebody to lead when they are incapable of taking the high road, and constantly get involved in name calling and bickering. We need a leader (I don’t care which party) and not an argumentative child. She doesn’t want to lead this country, she just wants to be President.

It is not that so many people fear Sarah Palin, but rather the prospect of her leading the nation (and by extension the free world). Many Americans like her because they feel that she can and does relate to them, which is true. But isn’t it upon all of us to ask more of our president than just “relatability”? Personally, I would rather have a president that is much more intelligent than myself and who demonstrates skills in arenas such as foreign policy, economics, and administrative duties.

Saw The Undefeated in NY & saw a fearless executive in action. Getting things done for Sarah is more important than playing politics. Interesting was her mayorship in Wasilla were she is pure substance, creating infrastructure, roads, sewers the stuff that attracts business…it’s all about incentives, not taxing or regulating.
The jurisdictional authority of Alaska’s governorship is great, making Sara very powerful as the CEO of Alaska. W/ that power & responsibility, Palin was very willing to use her veto pen & be held accountable, a novel idea, over 25,000 state employees. She takes on the entrenched back-room big boys of Alaska & comes off as a real crusader against corruption not only in her own party but also among the domineering oil king who she forced to develop oil they were sitting on.
Bannon, brings up all the ethics complaints that led to her resigning the governorship, but doesn’t emphasize her selfless commitment campaigning to turn around the House & Repub governorships in 2010…she didn’t just sit on her laurels after she resigned.
The movie shows how important energy is to Alaska’s lifeline by literally showing the bigness of it all…big pipes, big machinery, massive land masses for development, rich oil men…all this highlights Palin as a force to be reckoned w/ on the national level, as one who will indeed “drill baby drill” & face down a weakling, girly Obama. The best part of the movie is when Sara is talking…at the 2008 convention, in Wisconsin, a bit during her governorship…wish there was more of that…she just has the IT factor…pure charisma.
The film is good ammunition to take back the narrative from the MSM & show us a smart, hard working, fearless, gutsy, patriotic, Mr. Smith goes to Washington type of LEADER that is heads above all the other candidates running for 2012. She’s Obama’s antithesis & can win.

They don’t make millions…….uh oh….. yes, they do! And Bill Clinton, good ol’ Bubba, charges $100,000 per speech. And ‘Moonbeam’ Brown charged $25,000 a speech for years after he left the office of Governor of California. As do other Governors. And let’s not forget Obama, who after 1 year services as a state senator, (allegedly) wrote his (alleged) autobiography. And made a bundle.
And the last complaint coming from you left leaning harpies (who decided to swoop in and deposit your rancid droppings) is regarding Palin’s intellect. Or, as you claim, her lack of it. And you base this on what? Her voice or her accent? Would you say the same thing of Mark Twain or Will Rodgers or Jimmy Carter? The content of her speeches? I’ll bet you can’t produce one verifiable thing in any of her speeches that is dumb. If your single evidence for such a general claim is her comment about ‘blood libel’, let me remind you that Obama doesn’t know how to pronouce the word “corpsmen”. And since blood libel is such an old, almost archaic term and corpsmen is a word in constant use, which mistake would be the best evidence of stupidity. But that couldn’t be it anyway, since you on the left were calling her dumb long before the blood libel comment.
And BTW, for the one of you who claimed to be an Independent, all I can say is……when pigs fly. Lying comes so easily to those on the Left. Or perhaps you’re so stupid that you don’t know what you are.

I saw your posts. I’ve been leaving you alone for some weeks now. And to the best of my knowledge your Palin Derangement has been under control. But you just couldn’t help yourself today, could you? All the old habits came pouring out…….. Like a drug addict that’s been clean for a while, when you were exposed to other uncontrolled addicts, you fell back into your illness. All that good will, built up over weeks, down the drain……
So I’ll tell you what I told them. Get used to it. Sarah Palin is going to be around for a very long time, in one capacity or another. She’ll be around long after Maher, Maddow and Schultz are just faint memories. She’s already taken the worst that the Left and the Main Stream Media can dish out, and she’s still going strong. I have to give her credit, she’s taken what would have withered many strong men.
