   Here’s another nugget contained in the Healthcare Disaster: In 2013 (after the 2012 election) a medicare tax of 3.8% will be levied on all unearned income over $250,000 which will include home sales and rentals. So if you sell your house for $250,000 or above a 3.8% tax will be levied on the sales price of the home. So we the homeowners will have to pay a $9,500 medicare tax from the proceeds of the home sales starting at $250K. Basically it is a sales tax on homes. The more the house sells for the higher the tax. So Obuttma and the democrats have sneaked through a huge tax on your homes which is nothing more than another communist manuver to spread the wealth and destroy the middle class.
