Former Obama Czar Van Jones: “Un-American” Republicans “Putting A Gun To The Head Of 310 Million People”…
Nothing worse than a leftist accusing someone else of being “un-American.”
(MRC) — On July 28, 2011, former Green Jobs Czar Van Jones attended the Rebuild the Dream rally held outside the Capitol Building in Washington D.C. and said Americans don’t bow down to “hostage taking tactics” and the GOP is putting “a gun to the head of 310 million people”, in regards to the current debate on the debt limit.
Jones told MRCTV:
“Any faction in America that would put a gun to the head of 310 million people and say ‘If you don’t do it our way, we will blow your dreams away, we will blow a hole in the American economy’, that is un-American. That is not how we do business, and we refuse to bow down to those tactics.”

All they have to do is to let go of some of the new social programs that Pelosi, Reid, and Obama put together in the first two tragic years of this administration.
Their vanity is why they’re unwilling to part with these programs. They are willing to destroy the nation to save THEIR OWN dreams.
Knowing full well that their actions would place an enormous financial burden on the nation, they enacted these programs anyway. Someone else would be made to pay for their vision of government.
The Supreme Court may throw out ObamaCare anyway. It’s the tax that’s “not a tax at all”, but becomes a tax again when challenged in court. This new authority to force participation in a service, is just one of the things that Liberals are protecting.
If they lose these programs, they will have wasted two years of our lives, with nothing to show for it.
