RINO Sen. Lisa Murkowski Blames “Absolutist” Tea Party House Republicans For Debt Crisis…

(Bloomberg) — U.S. lawmakers allied with the “absolutist” Tea Party have put the nation on the financial brink with their aversion to compromise, Senator Lisa Murkowski said.
“I am really worried about where we are standing, and I think part of that has come about because you have individuals that say it is my ‘way or the highway,’” Murkowski, an Alaska Republican, said yesterday in an interview at Bloomberg’s Washington office. “That is not how you govern.”
House Republicans backed by the Tea Party have vowed to support an increase in the $14.3 trillion debt limit only if it’s accompanied by spending cuts and doesn’t raise taxes. President Barack Obama and Democrats propose a mix of tax increases and spending reductions.
“You have folks who are so black-and-white, who are so absolutist, that we are in a process now where we are on the brink,” said Murkowski, 54, who was defeated by a Tea Party supporter last year in a Republican primary and then re-elected as a write-in candidate.

So I called (and spoke with their staffers, REAL people not voice mail) to let Harry Reid, chuckie schumer(twice) and keith ellison know what I thought and how I wanted(was Encouraging) them to vote.
They seemed a bit shocked that I was calling, but said they would communicate my message. really I am not sure ANY of them really do, but (HOPE)ing

Why has the word “absolute” become a bad word? I am not ashamed to say that I am absolutely sure that I want to be debt free. Is murder absolutely wrong? Should we compromise on slavery? Why has “compromise” become the new ideal? Should Washington and Jefferson have compromised our rights and found a middle-ground with England? These politicians who compromise their principles for expediancy should be kicked in the rump and sent packing. We do not need representatives that are willing to compromise our rights and burden our children with their pork belly compromises. I detest everything about them. They are nothing more than carrion looking for political opportunity to feed on the carcasses of those they are supposed to defend.
