Obama Administration “Pivots To Jobs” For The . . . 7th Time In 2 ½ Years…
With each “pivot” having one thing in common — failure.
(Politico) — Mike Allen’s note this morning that “Dems plan pivot to jobs” sounded awfully familiar to me, as it apparently did to the Republican National Committee, which promptly turned out a list of 15 occasions on which the White House had allegedly announced a similar pivot.
That number is, shockingly, a bit inflated, but the underlying truth of the presidency is that through a mixture of choice — health care — and circumstance — the Arab Spring, the Japan earthquake — Obama has spent very little of his presidency publicly driving a conversation about jobs. By far the most serious jobs legislation he passes was the stimulus, but over-optimistic forecasts and implacable Republican opposition put the White House sharply on defense about it almost from the start.
And the story of the Administration is, in no small part, one of a constant attempt to pivot formally to jobs. Emily and I identified what seem like six really attempts at it, with the seventh starting now:
February 2009: In a speech to Congress, Obama says his economic plan will be focused on jobs.
November 2009, during the lull in health care debate: “This is my administration’s overriding focus.”
January 2010: “What they can expect from this administration, and I know what they can expect from you, is that we are going to have a sustained and relentless focus over the next several months on accelerating the pace of job creation, because that’s priority number one.”

This INVADER-IN-CHIEF is pathetic. Nothing and I do mean NOTHING this guy does has any positive affect on this nation. He can’t cover up with his lies this next election because it’s FACT now that he is not the person that should be in the highest office in the land. I just can’t imagine why he hasn’t been impeached. Everything he does is UN-AMERICAN. I can’t even stand to look at his stinkin mug anymore.
Actually, this picture is telling it ALL. It’s like he’s saying KISS MY ASS all you morons. I WON and I can do anything I want.
If his renewed focus on jobs means more gov’t spending (now that his credit card limit has been bumped), on top of the trillions spent on gov’t programs that didn’t work before and will not work again, then he’s doomed to fail yet again. Until the blue agenda and dem programs are dismantled, buried, killed with fire (sadly, not until 2013, at the earliest) jobs are going to be scarce and no one’s savings are safe.
I love how they talk about “the American dream” as if they are doing something to restore the system that has allowed the people of this country to thrive for the past 200 years.
No, then plan on changing every last part of our system into something else. They plan to bulldoze all our centuries old institutions, and in it’s place build a shrine to their own ambitions.
Money and power is all they care about. But none of them know enough about efficiency to create any kind of excess (necessary for trade), and their ‘influence’ is nothing more than good old fashioned racketeering.

The ONLY jobs this scoundrel cares about are union dues-paying jobs in both the public and private sector. He met yesterday with the thug Trumpka and other union leaders. You can bet your last dollar–if you still have it–they told him in no uncertain terms, if he wanted the same level of financial support they provided in ’08 ($400 million plus), he damn well better find more union jobs. You can bet Obama will deliver, but they won’t be new hire jobs. He’ll simply push the NLRB and other puppet agencies to force unionization of workforces in companies that have prospered by keeping them out. The net result will be less rather than more employed Americans, as some companies will opt to move operations to another country rather than accede to these demands.
My prediction….the jobless rate in Oct ’12 will be 7.1-7.3

Let’s do the math.
If he’s pivoted 7-1/2 times on jobs since he’s been in office and by assuming a pivot is 180 degrees (from off to on and vice versa) and knowing his intial state was “off jobs” when he started – he should now be in the “On” state, assuming 180 degree/pivot.
Mathmatically his pivot rate works out to be one pivot (180 degrees) every 2.8 months, which means in September he will be pivoting back to off. Better find those jobs quickly cause the door will close soon.
Next Step, take the “job creations” play out of the book of the other Progressive FDR (Which I think everything the Thug in Chief is doing is based on.) and create jobs like FDR’s “New Deal” and “The Works Progress Administration” so that he can look like a Messiah.
If Obozo has been making “job creation” his number one priority for the past 18 months, he’s a dismal failure, since May saw just 18,000 jobs added, and June was even worse, with something like 12,000.

Five years from now the “insane” Tea Party people who said America should have defaulted rather than raise the debt ceiling will have been proven correct. Too bad it will take the destruction of the US economy and 10,000% hyperinflation to prove it.
