China To Obama Admin: “The Good Old Days Of Borrowing Your Way Out Of Messes” Are Over…
NEW YORK/SHANGHAI (Reuters) — China bluntly criticized the United States on Saturday one day after the superpower’s credit rating was downgraded, saying the “good old days” of borrowing were over.
Standard & Poor’s cut the U.S. long-term credit rating from top-tier AAA by a notch to AA-plus on Friday over concerns about the nation’s budget deficits and climbing debt burden.
China — the United States’ biggest creditor — said Washington only had itself to blame for its plight and called for a new stable global reserve currency.
“The U.S. government has to come to terms with the painful fact that the good old days when it could just borrow its way out of messes of its own making are finally gone,” China’s official Xinhua news agency said in a commentary.

Remember seeing the video of Middle Easterners dancing on the street after 9-11? Chinese state-controlled media didn’t show you how gleeful the Chinese were that the arrogant US had been hit. It was apparently more intense than the ME’ers partays. Also, the Chi-Coms knew about 9-11 three years before it happened — since they had/have a vested interest in AQ’s operations.

What none of the “experts” and talking heads even want to mention is the progress being made by China and others into eliminating the dollar as the world’s reserve currency. Should that happen, we are finished as an economic power overnight.

Who would ever have thought the only adult left in the room would be China? I could send them a thank-you note for doing this publicly. If could have been a backroom scolding, but they needed to do this to get the attention of the American people and it’s financial and manufacturing heads. I’m lovin’ it! Ten years ago Joe McMoneagle said it would be the Chinese and Russians that would get us first, AQ was just a sidebar. I know an “intuitive” that said also 10 years ago we would be brought down by attacks on our electrical grids. The other day on Rush he did a clip where several years ago Putin predicted the financial collapse but wouldn’t say how he knew it was coming. It’s all there and has been there, reading Full Black re-enforces it. The truly sad part is I don’t believe anyone in America is prepared or ready. At least no one I know is. Fighting electricity is gonna be tough.
Not to worry. Rick Perry is going to pray our way out of it. God is watching and does not want China to lose all the money they lent us.
