Soros-Funded Leftist Group MoveOn.Org Pushing New Dem Talking Point: “Tea Party Downgrade”…
First Axelrod, then Frankenkerry and now MoveOn.Org.
(TheDC) — The left-wing activist group MoveOn.org picked up the new liberal slogan bashing conservatives for Standard & Poor’s U.S. credit rating downgrade: “Tea Party downgrade.” President Obama’s chief campaign strategist David Axelrod and Massachusetts Democratic Sen. John Kerry both used the phrase on Sunday talk shows.
In a Sunday afternoon email to supporters, MoveOn.org accused tea partiers of being responsible for the first-ever credit downgrade in U.S. history. “This ‘tea party downgrade’ is a shameful blow to our nation’s honor and risks throwing us right back into recession,” Moveon.org wrote. “Worst of all? It was completely avoidable. But when given the choice between extremist posturing and responsible leadership, tea party Republicans chose wrong.”
MoveOn.org added that “now, amazingly, they’re trying to pin the blame on Democrats.”

Read parts 1 & 2 and it is certainly of concern. Not downplaying the National Guard pilots, but rather looking at it from a slightly different angle, stuffing that many SpecOps troops on board 1 helo for insertion is insanity. From experience, the procedure was one ODA inserted with a CH-47 and there were multiple insertions in an attempt to decoy the bad guys. Our bird might make 3 false insertions and then drop us on the 4th or they might drop us on the first one and make 3 decoy insertions. Standard Procedure. Hell, there might have been more insertions or decoys – we just never knew outside the team.
Now if these NG birds were not MH birds; why was standard practices circumvented? The 160th is very particular about their operations and as the article wrote, they ONLY work for SpecOps. This furthers the issue of an “outside” aircraft being utilized to insert these troops and not the normal aircraft/crews?
But I argue against the point a Soviet/Taliban era Stinger took out the a/c – unless they had some depot repair types guys to “freshen up” the missiles. First, to launch the missile requires two things – a pressurized nitrogen bottle to cool the seeker and a battery. Both of these items have shelf lives that don’t last this long. So unless, they got their hands on a steady supply of nitrogen bottles and batteries, they couldn’t have shot it down with a Stinger. A Soviet MANPADS was more likely and where could they have gotten them? Iran, that’s where. And surely our intelligence agency would have known about that? Wouldn’t they? Or maybe the info never got to the field.

Afterall, per previous video, 99 Dems and only 66 Repubs voted “NO” in the House, and 26 Dems voted “NO” in the Senate. Let’s give credit, where credit is DUE.
