Obama Remembers Muslim Victims of 9/11 at White House Ramadan Dinner…
WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama has hosted a traditional Ramadan break-the-fast dinner at the White House, using the occasion to recognize Muslim survivors of the Sept. 11 terror attacks and to thank Muslims for their service to the country.
The president said that, with the 10-year anniversary of 9/11 coming in a month, it’s a good time to remember that people of many backgrounds died in the 2001 attacks, including Muslim Americans.
He noted that Muslim Americans also responded to the attacks on the towers and that they defend the country in the military.
The president says that in the U.S., in his words, “there’s no them and us — it’s just us.”

There was a young man from our town. He was exceptional and went through Sa Cadets three years earlier than one of my kids. He was an amazing student and athlete. He became an officer in the Marine Corps and was deployed to Iraq. He left behind a baby and a pregnant wife. The night before he was killed by a sniper, he told his dad he would gladly give his life if his men made it home. It happened just that way. His father gave a speech the day they named a bridge after him. He talked about the American citizen soldier that leaves the best life there is on earth in the best country to go and fight and possibly die bringing freedom to strangers.
Obama will never understand that, and neither will his czars and the rest of the Democrat party since it’s all about grabbing power and grave robbing from heroes. It’s 1am and I need a drink.
