She is putting words in his mouth. She said, “he wants to probably kill illegals on the border”, not,”he said he want to kill illegals on the border.” There is a world of difference between the two. This is simply the overheated imagination of an east coast liberal woman, shooting off her mouth loosely and thereby making Perry look bad in the process. For shame!!
I do not support Perry, but do not condemn him for what SHE said. That is utterly wrong.
Have no fear… Perry knows what side his bread is buttered. Here’s a guy that oversaw the passage of a Texas “Dream Act” in 2001. He also got “religion for the recent legislative session regarding illegal immigration but despite a Republican super majority failed to address sanctuary cities, failed to get passage of E-verify and finally who has an “F” score by NumbersUSA.
Perry like Kerry knows how to flip flop and read the pulse of the dumbed down electorate and might even be compared to LBJ, (remember him? Texas’ most famous crook), with regard to heavy handed tactics.
Perry should be examined very carefully by conservatives and if so, most of his baggage will be exposed.

Tamara Holder, the former prosecuting attorney she is ,in my opinion comes on Hannity for occasional laughs at times. It wasn’t to long ago that she came on Hannity defending something about Muslims which Hannity and some of his guests told her was preposterous. Hannity then asked her were she got that information, Tamara said she went to the local chapter of CAIR.

I’m new to Perry, but I’m not new to dirty politics. A lot of “info” has hit the Inet in the past 10 days regarding Perry and his so-called ties to free Mexican immigrants, Islam, and other dirty subjects. But I haven’t seen any proof on any of those subjects, just statements. Obama, I know, is scared to death of him, and any other Republican or Independent who may squash him in 2012. Obama is mean, Chicago-mean, and I put nothing past him. And his liberals in Congress are the same, only they don’t know yet that Obama cares absolutely nothing for them. He’ll hang ‘em high to get what he wants.
Be wary of any Internet or news traffic regarding opposition candidates to His Highness. Make ‘em prove it. If they can’t or don’t, toss it in the wind.

Perry is anti-illegal immigrants. And yes I know about his Dream Act. As he said, (paraphrased) the Fed. Gov won’t enforce immigration laws and they won’t let the states enforce them either. So we are left with a large population that does not read, write or speak English and they are forming a state within our state. If we were to provide them with incentives to learn our language and better their lives, it would lessen our welfare burden and give them the tools to find better lives in Mexico. Therefore, I will provide them with the same educational opportunities as all other Texans.

Joining a growing chorus of governors, Gov. Rick Perry said this week that he sees immigration enforcement as the responsibility of state officials, as well as federal authorities. In a speech to state legislators, Perry, a Republican, said that cracking down on illegal immigration was one of the “emergency items” for Texas officials to tackle.
Many governors and other state and local officials who want strict enforcement on immigration believe that the federal government has failed to control illegal immigration, and that states must take the matter into their own hands.
“We’re at a time when governments are dealing with budget crises,” said Ira Mehlman, spokesman for the Federation for American Immigration Reform, or FAIR, one of the nation’s leading organizations pushing for tougher immigration enforcement. “They’re looking for where the money is going. While immigration is a federal issue, the cost of illegal immigration is incurred at the state and local levels.”
Saying he does not want Texas to be seen by illegal immigrants as a safe haven, Perry has indicated that he may want local police and sheriff’s deputies asking the immigration status of people they encounter during the course of their work. He has ordered the *new GOP-dominated state legislature* make the issue a top priority.
“There are cities in this state that have made decisions that they’re going to be havens for those that are in conflict with federal immigration laws or state laws, and we’re going to prohibit that,” Perry said.
