New Poll Finds Perry And Romney In Statistical Tie With Obama…

But . . . but . . . but . . . Perry is unelectable!

(Ballot Box) — Americans are virtually divided over which party they wish to see control both the White House and Congress as a product of the 2012 elections.

A new Quinnipiac University poll released Wednesday found President Obama in a statistical tie with the two Republican candidates he seems most likely to face next fall, Texas Gov. Rick Perry and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney.

Obama and Romney would each win 45 percent of the vote if the election were held today, according to the survey of registered voters.

Obama performs slightly better against Perry; the president would best the Texan, 45 to 42 percent.

And in May of 1980, an ABC poll had Carter at 58% and Reagan at 40%. We all know what happened in November of ’80.

Perry bad mouthed us in Mexico in 2001 when Americans spoke out against his in state tuition for illegals.

His trying to mandate the Guardasil shots is an outrage. Some young women died from the shots. Insurance companies would have been forced to pay for the shots. Do you know what that would have done to Texan’s insurance premiums?

John Bolton, please jump into the race. You understand the Islam threat. Perry does not.

Perry AND Romney are NWO dickheads who need to go fuck themselves…

Only true conservative choice is Ron Paul, admit it……….

    For you Perry-tards, explain these:

    1. Al Gore campaign?
    2. supported Hillary-Care but against Obama-Care?
    3. Supports IN-STATE college tuition for ILLEGAL aliens?
    4. Bilderberg Group?

They are trying to pick the candidate.

It is no question that the MSM wants Romney.

I don’t really care for Perry either but Romney is their choice.

    Another John McCain election

Perry would be another Bush. We need another Reagan.

  9. Tanya says:

Perry is more conservative than president Bush.
Don’t believe the trolls that are on this site. Most are either shills for Obama, or Ron Paul.

    @ Gullah
I agree with most of your post

    However Perry isn’t naive,
If he as a governor isn’t aware of the Islamic threat
after 9/11 then he is criminally negligent*
If he as a governor is aware of the Islamic threat
yet allowed Islamic propaganda into the Texas school
system in exchange for the Texas Muslim vote via
    the Aga Khan.
Then he is willing to sell out America for his own personnal
    gain.

Either way he is not the man for the job.

*criminal negligence – recklessly acting without reasonable caution and putting another person at risk of injury or death (or failing to do something with the same consequences)

    If Perry’s dumb…
And he’s in a statistical tie with Obama…
Then that must make Obama -
    OH NO!!

    I agree with you Austin.
It is getting depressing how this website has been ridiculing us daily regarding this issue.

    I don’t like Perry and I don’t like Paul.
Bachmann is the only decent one in the race right now.
Pray that John Bolton jumps in.

I am finding Perry supporters to be as bad as Obama supporters.

  14. Greg says:

Perry might be more conservative than Bush but he’s not a Reagan.

Only a couple of people come to mind when it comes to those standards.

    @gullah-

I will agree that Bachman and Bolton are decent conservatives if you find Paul too radical….

  16. gullah says:
    August 31, 2011 at 11:30 am

Paul is clueless to the Islamic threat. He is a kook.
I see this website has another lovey dovey article on Perry on the side bar. I’m afraid this site is in love with him.

  17. gullah says:
    August 31, 2011 at 11:31 am

Also, are you aware that Paul gets an “F” on illegal immigration?
    Perry gets a D-.
    Doesn’t that issue matter?

    Gullah

I note your comment calling Perry naive has somehow disappeared.

Perhaps the reference to the work of “She who shall not be named” is the cause.

    Or WZ is going “Mainstream”

    My response:
Ha ha ha… You obviously have not followed his record or are completely naive.
Perry is responsible for TX’s “Dream Act passed in 2001 and failure to punish sanctuary cities during the most recent Republican super majority legislature.

Perry is a career politician who knows how to read on which way the political wind is blowing. He loves toll roads especially those that are sold off to foreign corporations.

Perry is perhaps the least trustworthy candidate out there with the exception of O’bammy.

Be very careful for what you wish for…
