Just horrible. The intentional targeting of a segment of the population least likely to carry out a terror attack takes the focus off the real problem – the abandoned container.
I lived in Israel for nearly 30 years, through horrific, deadly, full-scale terror attacks against civilians that were always carried out by “Palestinians”. Everyone knew (and still knows) who was out to murder them. No need to hide behind false impressions. The Israeli TV ad campaigns to “see something, say something” were really urgent, and yet they saw no reason to characterize a perpetrator. These very effective ads always focused on the real object and showed an abandoned backpack, briefcase or grocery bag left near a bus stop, playground or apartment building, or left on a bus. The public response was enormous. Awareness was heightened.
The DHS is too busy intentionally demonizing the wrong people at the expense of warning everyone about the real object of danger.
Just one more example that no lessons have been learned from 9/11.

Just home from a trip to the Left Coast, I rode in a plane packed with people that looked just like that, OMG, I was so frightened, actually I was relaxed and reading a book most of the time.

This is all the PC crap. They don’t want to hurt anybody’s feelings. And as we all know, white people don’t have any feelings. The fact that they are as far away as is possible, from the racial and ethnic traits of the people which have been and will continue to committ these acts of terrorism is just too bad.
It is far more important that we placate the sensitivities of the Muslims than we protect peoples lives. After all, this is Homeland Security we’re talking about!

As far as I’m concerned the terrorists in this country are radical muslims, SEIU, Richard Trumka, Jimmy Hoffa, Jr., CBC and unions. Take a look in the mirror DHS and listen for once, to the rhetoric that is coming from the Democratic party and their cronies. Our next terrorist attack will more than likely come from within. The left is angry right now and it won’t take much to set them off. The closer to November 2012 comes, I believe, the violence will increase against the Tea Party and regular everyday Americans. Zero WILL LOSE in Nov. and the thugs cannot relinquish the power without a fight. We have very rough months ahead.

Well, look on the bright side: The rate things are going the Middle Class of this ongoing class warfare grief will soon be extinct. So not to be concerned over any situations of the mid class white person.
